Had an open training day - decided to hit chest, back and biceps 💪🏾
My current program calls for 4 days of structured workouts and 2 rest days. #
Anything can happen so that 7th day changes week to week. Could be weight training, a hike (Pokemon hunting), bodyweight training or another rest day.
