I came across this countryside scene in Cornwall when the weather was a lot nicer than it is here today ☔️
You cannot mention Portmeirion (Gwynedd, North Wales) without reference to 'The Prisoner,' a 17-episode British television program first broadcast in 1967. ⚪'The Prisoner' starred, and was co-created by, Patrick McGoohan (known only as Number Six), a former government agent who abruptly resigns from his job and is then imprisoned in The Village. Despite his numerous attempts at escape, Number Six is trapped in The Village by floating, glowing "rovers," mysterious, balloonlike devices that capture those who try to regain their freedom. The final episode, prophetically named 'Fall Out,' aired on February 01, 1968, and resulted in bafflement and anger among the show's viewership to such an extent that McGoohan (reportedly) had to leave the country and go "into hiding" for a few days as dissatisfied viewers stormed his house. The finale intentionally avoided answering any mysteries regarding the origins of The Village, its intentions for Number Six or his reasons for resigning. McGoohan also wrote and directed several episodes and served as executive producer.

Have a good start to the week. Here’s a picture from the beautiful Widemouth beach from a few weeks ago.
- I recently went @rockandsouladventures
weekend where I did rock climbing, abseiling, surfing, and yoga in the beautiful North Devon 🙏🏄♀️ 🧗♂️ None of my friends and family could come on the adventure with me, so I decided to go by myself! 💁♀️ Attending by myself did not matter as I met the most amazing people!!! ❤️ We can miss out on many opportunities in life because we fear the unknown and trying new things and to do things by ourselves. Every time I've taken the plunge and tried something new and adventured by myself, I've always had the best experiences and created the best memories. Moreover, I've met the best people along the way! - My advice to anyone, no matter what your circumstances are: single, in a relationship, parent, student, retired is to go on an adventure by yourself or a retreat- they're so many that cater for all different types of sports, hobbies, and health. You'll grow as a person, create memories and meet new people who you'll be friends with for a very long time! ⭐️ - What is your next adventure? #wemovemountains #amateurohotographer #surflifeuk #freeexercises #simpleashannah #walklifebalance #womenwalking #womenexplorers #whynotadventure #bestukpics #excellentbritain #outdoorpicture #surfuk #nofearenergy #trysomethingnewnow #nextadventureplease #adventurewomen #northdevonliving #newhobbyinthemaking #letsadventurebegin #firstyogaclass #firstsurf #surfuk #climbuk #abseiluk #baggypoint #devonadventures #northdevoncoast
Woken this morning with lovely autumnal sunshine streaming through the windows. I would much rather be back on a beach in Cornwall though 🏖
I’m off to watch my football team play this afternoon, anyone got any trips planned?
Last one from our recent trip to Cornwall taken at St Nectans Glen near Tintagel
You can’t help but feel good when you see a cottage this colour, especially when it’s adorned with bunting and a view over Fowey harbour and the local church in Cornwall 🚩🔹🚩🔹
From our walk around Tintagel. Merlin's cove with an ND filter and a longer exposure to smooth out the water and the clouds.
I was unsure which one of two to post to put a vote on my story. This won by a substantial amount
So this summer was the hottest on record ☀️ It certainly made for some incredible images and I don’t mind that autumn 🍂 is on its way because of all the lovely weather that we had.
This is another of that stunning sunset that we had on Widemouth Beach a week or so ago.
The view through the entrance door at Tintagel Castle.
Imagine if these walls could speak, the tales of historic events they could tell ⚔️
Another one from our trip away, this one on the beach in Berrow.
This one was inspired by a YouTube video that I watched by First Man Photography @adamkarnacz
