Still dreaming about Zack’s Mac and Cheese with lobster & broccoli 😍😍 Yesterday I headed to the Big E in West Springfield MA with my roommates and ate allllll the goods🙌🏼 From apple cinnamon ciders to lobster mac to moonuts (doughnut with soft serve ice cream inside and hot fudge & health bar on top) .
No reservations or guilt because 👏🏼food 👏🏼is 👏🏼just 👏🏼food! It’s cannot and does not have moral values (good or bad) Normal eating is NOT being so restrictive you miss out on enjoyable foods and experiences! It is overeating at times and trusting your body to make up for you mistakes in eating ‼️‼️
Our brunch this morning due to my littlest ones request. I say no much to often it was nice to finally say yes. Everything in moderation.

I am not someone who believes in eliminating whole foods groups or not allowing myself to eat certain things. For me personally, when I start restricting myself and labeling foods as 'good' or 'bad', I start the trend towards disordered eating. ·
I completely think that making conscious decisions about what I eat is important, but if I try to restrict myself and don't let myself enjoy the foods I like, I end up binging later because I feel deprived.
Do I have some improvement I could make to my eating habits? 💯 YES. But if I want to make homemade lasagna, you better believe I am going to enjoy a piece (or 2-ish) WITHOUT guilt. The key is moderation...aka I don't plan on eating this every day or week or probably even every month. But if I want it, then I will eat it 👍🏻. ·

I get sick of salads as my go-to for main meal vegetables during the summer, but I NEVER get sick of soup!
It’s finally fall! 🍂🍁 I made pumpkin spice chocolate chip cookies 🍪 this morning bc I was craving them. “Everything in moderation” are words I live by. A few cookies won’t ruin your diet/progress, as long as you stay on track with everything else. It’s ok to have a cheat snack or meal every now and then. #Treatyoself
Because Sundays are for football and pizza 🏈🍕
This is one of the biggest reasons why this healthy Isagenix lifestyle works for me... and why it’s so incredibly maintainable!
Because it doesn’t mean giving up everything you enjoy that may not be the healthiest. .
There’s no restriction list of things you can’t have. .
It fills in the gaps where your other foods fall short in the nutrient department. .
And if your body needs more of a reset, you can do that, too. .
And there’s zero guilt on Sundays when the whole family is hanging out in the living room and we call up our favorite pizza place to deliver our usual Sunday order... because there’s no such thing as a “cheat day” when there aren’t any unrealistic rules and restrictions. .

🎃 BREAKFAST PUMPKIN QUINOA 🎃
Looking for a new fall inspired breakfast?! 🍁 Try using quinoa in place of oats!
✔️ it’s one of the most protein-rich foods we can eat ✔️ it contains almost twice as much fiber as most other grains
✔️ it contains iron
✔️ it’s rich in magnesium
Here is a great recipe that you can use as part of your breakfast meal!
1/2 cup quinoa
1/2 cup almond milk (or other milk alternative)
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup pumpkin purée
1 tbsp pure maple syrup
Cinnamon to your liking
1/4 cup chopped pecans
Cook quinoa according to instructions with water and almond milk. Once quinoa is cooked, mix in the remaining ingredients and serve!
Taking advantage of these nice nights for grilling! Simple dinner of grilled chicken 🍗, roasted green beans, grilled peppers 🌶️ and onions and baked sweet potatoes!
And of course I enjoy everything in moderation with a delicious Toffee Shortbread cookie 🍪 from Vines Bakery and some coffee ☕ for dessert.

🤓 Protein...we all need it, only issue is sometimes it’s really difficult to get enough the adequate protein we need everyday, particularly for the average person.
🥛 Now if we don’t have enough protein in our diet, we will most likely be deficient in vitamin b-12, which may lead to anemia. Also it can cause low blood pressure and fatigue...and obviously if you’re trying to lose weight that’s not gonna be so helpful is it?
💪 Also benefits of consuming foods high in protein can include speeding recovery after exercise, reducing muscle loss (gotta keep those gains) and it can also curb hunger (stops you from overeating-therefore creating a calorie deficit and losing weight/fat 😉)

Give these pretty healthy pancakes a go 😍
This made 4 small; • 1 mashed banana
• Mix in 2 eggs
• I blended 30g oats and then added in this. You could leave the oats out or use less for lower calories.
• Mix all together.
In a medium pan add a small amount of coconut oil and pour into small circles 1-2 mins each side on medium heat and volla 😍
Serve as you wish.
I added frozen blueberries when cooking then served with watermelon and peanut butter & a drizzle of honey on top 👌🏻😋. For everything that I used they were roughly 500 Kcals.
Yours could be less with less oats and minus the peanut butter 👍🏻. ENJOY 🙌🏻
