Reverse grip pushdowns- make sure you try and keep the rest of your body out of it. That's why I use a bent over position. 3. Hotel leg workout #2 : easy workout to get big strong wheels with minimal gym equipment! This is the last workout sample routine in this series of hotel workouts. The 4 day split or the 3 day full body routines are both great workouts to use when you’re traveling and don’t have all the usual gym equipment. ——————————————————————— The Bulgarian split squats in the beginning of the workout are meant to build up your strength so go as heavy as possible. If you want to focus more on strength and the weights at the hotel allow you to go heavy enough, drop the rep range to 5 reps per leg and go as heavy as possible. The walking lunges can be done similarly, otherwise 15 reps per leg is the goal. ——————————————————————— Tip: for the jump squats at the end, if you want to focus more on your explosive ability switch them for box jumps at a reasonable height. Perform the 2 ab exercises at the end as a superset, and rest about 30 seconds to a minute between sets. If you couldn’t tell by the headband, I’m the chef of cooking up gains😤 . Blasted my arms yesterday, and for me, arms are the easiest muscle group to grow for me. . I’ve always had a better time trying to grow my arms. . I feel like this is because I’ve always had an easier time getting a mind muscle connection when it comes to my arms. . The mind muscle connection is absolute KEY when working out and trying to really grow muscle. . So if you’re like me and have lagging muscle groups, like my legs, here’s some tips to try and add more focus on your muscles next time you work out: - Focus on mind muscle connection - Flex in between sets (this not only enhances your mind muscle connection, but also forces more blood into the muscle even when you’re in between sets) - Prioritize (if you’re doing legs, and your calves are a lot smaller, hit calves HARD first) - Isolation (if you’re like me and have a somewhat of an imbalance in muscle groups like I do with my chest, do more isolation exercises, ex: dumbbell incline bench, with static holds) . Other than that, the only thing is to WORK and stick with it CONSISTENTLY💯 . . . . #iam1stphorm #wedothework
