I love taking detox baths 💖
What I use:⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Favorite bath bomb (usually from Lush), Epsom salt, lavender foam bath, baking soda, apple cider vinegar, ground ginger and sometimes an essential oil from Saje.
These ingredients help to remove toxins from your body, relieve any sore muscles, prevent cold symptoms, treat insomnia and etc.

I lived in a condo with just a standing shower for a long time in the past so I’m definitely glad to be able to take baths again and use up ALL MY BATH BOMBS 🛀🏻💣 PLUS! It’s a great way to get some reading done. I’ve been loving “The Gifts of Imperfection” book all over again. I’ve been either re-reading my old goodies or have been borrowing some books from the Central Library.
Personal Goal: Finish one book every two weeks 📚
