What happens when you get the flu and are out for 10-days? You need to be proactive and constantly planting seeds for other streams of income. A simple one is to come to our personal training school in West Hollywood to learn about the program (DM me if you'd like me to send you a brochure.) tTalk to friends, coworkers and gym mates to inform people on what a proper education does (average trainer spends 6-months teaches themselves via a textbook vs students at Show Up Fitness learn from an instructor with a bachelors in science & gain practical experience.) 💰 💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰💰
Refer one student a month = an extra $500 cash. Refer 3 every start up (2-months) get $750 per referral. Refer 5+ and receive an extra $1,000 per referral (that's 5k extra a month.) Obviously we're bias, so I encourage you to check out other schools to see how we hold up.

Once a week pick something where you can let go, decompress and recharge. For me, I try to squeeze in an hour on the mat. I love yoga not only for the physical benefits but mental as well. Take a breather! We are a better friend, spouse or family member when we we’ve taken care of ourselves.

Opens up the shoulders and extends the neck two places where tension lives. Encourages grounding in the present and mental courage to face challenges. Today I am a simple 🌭 Hot Dog! the Hot Dog, types of sandwiches were culturally imported from Germany and popularized in the United States, where the “hot dog” became a working class street food sold at hot dog stands and carts. The hot dog became closely associated with baseball and American Culture. I don’t eat Hot Dogs now but they remind me of my Father. My Dad was a huge baseball fan and I remember going to Dodger Stadium watching his favorite team the Philadelphia Phillies, eating a hot dog and having the Vendor throw peanuts to us! We were always so embarrassed because my Dad and his friend seemed to be the only ones rooting against the Dodgers. If life could be that simple again. Always celebrate the little things in life...hot dogs, peanuts, smiles, hugs, baseball games etc. They make the biggest impacts. You've listen to MOST everything I've said you're moving along you've lost some pounds in this last year. You're making some progress. All of sudden the last 3 months nothing has changed on your body. The gut's still there. The bat wings haven't flown away yet. You say to yourself " What's going on?!" "
Why have I plateaued?" Because somewhere in your journey your body said that's enough. We are used to how you're eating and exercising and we are good to stop right now. It kind of feels like you're trying to starve us! The body doesn't like to be starved. It loves all that fat you put on it.
It feels winter coming on and is ready to snuggle in mouth watering wait for you to put yet another donut in your gullet!
This is the time you listen to your mind and tell your body to shut up! This is the dawn of the age of CHANGE YOUR WORKOUT! CHANGE YOUR EATING HABITS! I'll probably get yelled at but if you're still trying to change your body a good rule of thumb is to change your workout and diet up every 3 months to be safe. Just follow the seasons!
