Por supuesto es temporada de lluvias en Indonesia y obviamente elegimos venir en esta época regios a meterle un poco de adrenalina 😎

Words of wisdom. I found this last year during my pit stop in Savannah. It comes up a year later at the perfect time. I was walking through the halls of the high school today, seeing the kids run outside to rush off to whatever sport, whatever friend, whatever engagement, etc. As I looked at them, I found myself wishing I could tell them to enjoy this time. It is so precious, and so fleeting. They just want to graduate - move on, move forward.
As I feel the overwhelming stress and seemingly endless to-do list of these last few months of grad school, I wish to remember to take my own advice. To not to rush. S l o w down. Enjoy the ride. You have never been here before, and will never be here again. You never know what you will look back on and miss ❤️

Progress not Perfection
The truth is I started Keto April of 2018 and weighted in at 297pds
And Now January 28th 2019 I started exercising too. I struggle like everyone with good and bad days but I’m not down on myself for my cheat days(weeks) .This is a lifestyle thing and it took me 45 years to weight 297 and know March 19th I’m not where I want to be but I have progressed. I’m at 239pds with a lot more to go but I’m enjoying the ride....
I was thinking the other day about what advice I would give my younger self, things I would change given the chance, bad decisions I could take back. Then it hit me....a massive wave of fear, genuine fear, that if I'd changed even the tiniest thing I may not be exactly where I am now (and I REALLY bloody like it here!). Every bad experience, every mistake, every risk, every time things hurt, it was getting me here, and it was so, so worth it.
I'm still learning, still growing, I always will be. Surprised this monkey with lunch off campus today because of his exceptional work at school. My favorite part was about halfway through lunch when he says “dad, someday I’m going to surprise my kids and take them to lunch.” Struck a huge cord. We set examples for these guys whether we like it or not. Although they will decide which they will incorporate into their own lives, sure is a good reminder that they are watching and listening. Orgasms are usually considered to be a sexual experience. But there are many cases of women (and men) who have experienced orgasms during exercise.
Exercise-induced orgasms or "coregasms" are caused by doing exercises that engage your core muscles, which may include sit-ups, pull-ups, bike riding and yoga.
One theory suggests that the abdominal and pelvic exercises put pressure on the clitoris and increase blood flow to the area - leading to orgasms.
A lovely follower recently sent in a question regarding coregasms (swipe right to check it out). She is able to easily have coregasms but struggles to have orgasms during sex.
It's difficult to give a solid answer when there is so much more to consider. But whenever someone is concerned about not having orgasms during sex, the first thing I want to know is whether you can have orgasms alone, by masturbation.
Did you know that 75% of women cannot orgasm through penis-in-vagina (PinV) sex alone? Nobody teaches us this stuff!
Most women need clitoral stimulation in order to reach orgasm.
My suggestion: Everyone is different. Now is the time to experiment with different types of stimulation, toys, and fantasies - first with yourself, and then with your partner.
If you find that you can reliably orgasm on your own, try involving your partner the next time. Teach your partner what type of stimulation feels good. Try giving yourself your preferred clitoral stimulation while you're having PinV sex.
It is possible that you may also be feeling disconnected from yourself or your partner and this may be the root of the problem.
Most importantly, let it be said that orgasms (although fun) are not the most important part of sex. Enjoy the ride!
