Woah! What a month! I’ve been a bit more quiet here on IG lately because amidst of getting #engaged
, wedding planning and celebrating love, I just wanted to soak it all in offline. It’s safe to say that I’m still adjusting to this new chapter in my life but definitely loving every second of it! 💍 Speaking of my #bridetobe
status, I published a fun post on the blog sharing 5 things I didn’t know before I got engaged... There’s some good and some bad experiences! I would love to know your stories. Link in bio. 😘 #engagedlife

Sun & legs, neither of which I am seeing outside right now because it’s snowing in September. And before anyone thinks I’m complaining, I actually really like snow/winter. I only like the sun when I’m shooting at sunset, otherwise it can go hide behind some clouds 🙊
RESTOCK ALERT! 🚨🚨⠀
This gorgeous Allure arrived earlier this summer as part of the @allurebridals
Fall collection, and it sold off the rack so quick - we missed it so we brought it back again! 🎉
Eskimo kisses on point 👌🏻😍

Don’t be afraid to let the day be about your unique love story! Personalize your reception by sharing you and your spouse’s talents or activities you enjoy together! If that means an hour of video games as the reception dies down, or a head to head battle of Mario cart to see who wins first as husband and wife, DO IT!!! If it means singing a duet, solo, or dancing, do it! If it means ending the evening with your favorite movie on a projector with popcorn and gummy bears, do it! Don’t feel like you have to dance for four hours to extend your evening with friends. Add in an activity that is unique to you as a couple for a truly memorable evening.
Y'all I have a HUGE workload the next 8 days with 2 weddings, 3 teen sessions, an album design meeting and 2 wedding consults. Not to mention HOURS and HOURS of editing plus my nephew's 5th birthday party. Am I feeling slightly overwhelmed, yes. Am I complaining, NO! I LOVE my job!!!
You can't help but love that natural glow she has! 💗 // @annaroussos
And this is one of the reasons I do what I do 🙆♀️ Sharing the nitty gritties of my marriage is uncomfortable sometimes but a long time ago, I realized I can walk into heaven with all my "dignities" intact but alone. Or dare be vulnerable and help someone else and together march into heaven a big sisterhood.
Whatever God calls us to do, there's a stripping and price attached to it. But more than the cost, there's Jesus. I am convinced that God calls us to do things for Him not so we can DO stuff, but so we can know Him and love Him.
What's He calling you to do today? 100percent chance it's not about the "job" or "calling" it's about that personal intimate relationship you'll develop as you journey there. #IntentionalToday
If you need me I’ll be lounging poolside, soaking up the last bit of summer and all of the dry Arizona heat before I go back to humid land. ☀️ P.S. there’s a new blogpost + you won’t want to miss these two cuties.
Line dances are the best for your photographer! Often times, guests gather in circles. Have you ever tried to photograph a group dancing in a circle??—no? You can imagine. 😂 Backs. All we see is backs. I love a good line dance where I can wait or move to have everyone facing the camera for once!

We can’t wait to capture this beautiful couple next week in the Oregon woods. It will be magical. @photovisionprints
Sun is a diamond’s best friend ✨

I wrote some tips on planning a budget wedding on the website thismorning! Check my link in bio “Spending Uniquely” to read more! “The most important key to having your vision align with your budget is to identify 1-3 (depending on budget) key details for your wedding day.
Once you've identified what is most important to you, (dress, photography, cake, food, DJ, etc) take the biggest chunk of your budget to be sure you have the best of ONE or TWO things. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
When you try to divvy your budget evenly or according to The Knot budget recommendations (designed for $30,000 budgets), you will fall short on the things that matter most to you.” Link in Bio for more!
Love is in the air... 🗼👬❤️🎠
Here’s a sneaky peak at what I’ve been up to over the last couple of days 🖤
When the brief is Gothic 🥀🍂💀 and the couple trust you entirely to do your thing 🖤🙌🏼
A few favorites from Jen + Brandon’s engagement session! 😍
My favorite thing about this invitation suite? T+B opted to use colored stock for all of their cards and chose this gorgeous tan/grey cardstock for their invitation card. It’s so rare to see an invitation that isn’t printed on stark white paper, and I love how uniquely this stock pairs with the rusty orange shimmer envelopes they chose.
Check out the rest of T+B’s details on the blog, at the link in my profile 👆🏼
I wanna love you and treat you right... 🎶
