Made this avocado toast 2 days in a row this past weekend bc it was that good AND it was fast to put together 👏🏻 If ya haven’t slathered avo onto homemade garlic bread, u ain’t living yet 😩🤤🙆🏻♀️.
Smash fresh garlic and add to EVOO. Cook it on low for a few mins. Add salt, pepper and nutritional yeast. Slather on the inside of bread. Wrap in foil and bake for 25 mins at 375F 👅.

Pairing is caring 😏 The Causse Marines Les Greilles 2016 is a white wine from Gaillac, south of Bordeaux which pairs perfectly with our roasted meagre, wild cauliflower and coriander dashi. A husband & wife duo that farm old vines of indigenous varietals from the region were determined to make a natural wine that is clean and elegant.
The varietals are blended to create a unique, yet super clean and fresh style of natural wine.
It exhibits characters of un-baked apple pie, with a yeasty character not unlike an unbaked pie crust. Cinnamon spices take over the aroma, with a round mouthfeel. The finish brings much more of an herbal kick with algae & a green olive salinity, finishing with a toasted sunflower seed like nuttiness that lingers on the palate. Complex, but for a natural wine, very approachable. We hope you enjoy!
