Did you know that SUCCESS lies in your daily habits? 🔐So here are a few helpful tips you can start implementing today to help you get fit + fabulous 💜👩🏾🎤
▪️eat 4-6 small meals throughout the day to help speed up your metabolism + regulate your blood sugar levels
▪️eat within an hour of waking up to establish a healthy metabolism
▪️eat lean proteins + healthy fats + complex carbs each day
▪️get fiber + vitamins + minerals + other nutrients from fresh fruit + veggies
▪️take healthy snacks with you when you leave the house
▪️drink at least 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water per day to keep yourself hydrated + stay full

For me, working out isn’t about what it says on the scale because I’m at my heaviest weight. However, it’s about how I look and feel in and out of my clothes, which is GREAT. Some people are genetically favored, others have to work hard. So get to know your body, and put in the work to look how you want instead of accepting how you do.
