(go listen, she’s the best!) and she talks a lot about how sales are a long game, the importance of getting to know your customers and earn their trust, and the importance of being thankful for your customers. And it’s not that I didn’t know this, it’s just that sometimes I loose focus on the fact that those 3 things are the pillars to a successful, ethical and sustainable business. I love my caesar salads and I’ve perfected it by heating up the pre-cooked chicken on the stove with salt, pepper, garlic and a lemon squeeze. Toss over cold crisp lettuce (I ❤️ trio of iceberg, romaine and green leaf). Drizzle caesar dressing of choice and top with parmesan cheese, ground pepper and one more squeeze of fresh lemon. Super quick, tasty and filling. When it comes to marinating chicken it doesn’t have to be difficult!! This chicken was marinated for a few hours in a 1$ bottle of garlic Parmesan dressing that we got at our local grocery outlet store !! Then seasoned up with @redmondrealsalt

Sichuan Mala Xiangguo Spaghetti night with ingredients that need to be cleared from the fridge. Of zucchini, cauliflower, chinese cabbage, wood ear fungus, slices of pork and spaghetti wok-tossed in various spices, aromatics and mala hot pot soup base.
Another anyhow-make fusion pasta dish again, you can eat it hot or eat it cold, the 6th one and counting, amirite?.

If you notice from my feed, I'm ultra-partial to blues and neutrals in my dinnerware choices, particularly for single character, handcrafted ceramic pieces. Otherwise, I tend to go for sets of white for uniformity and easy mix-and-matching. Man, I have enough wares to host a village, gotta stop shop 🙂
