I'm so not a method cook, I prefer to use my intuition & experience & anyone that knows me knows I'm hopeless at sticking to a recipe #offpiste #easilydistracted
bit here's the basic if you prefer to follow some guidelines. .
150g approx GF Self Raising flour
400ml approx any plant milk..I used none tweeted hemp but coconut, almond good too)
Toppings...whatever you like, we use organic bananas, seeds, nurs, blueberries, almond butter, home made jams, maple/agave syrup, coconut...just get creative, if you like it, do it..it's Sunday 😍
You want a better that is thick but pourable.
Just to get a bit creative I also sometimes add the following but not essential:, they all just help with fluffiness
1-2 tbls ground flax ( egg replacement)
1-2 tsp organic apple cider vinegar
1tsp GF baking soda/powder
Pour batter to required size of pancake in a none stick pan/griddle...I use a tiny bit plant butter just to keep things moving along! Keep them warm in low heat as you are making the others 😊 .
