I think it’s funny... when I came out I was terrified about entering the queer community. I’d lead quite a somewhat sheltered life. Was a bit of a rural gal but moved closer to the city. Fast forward almost two years, I’m gagged at the family I’ve fallen into. I’ve learnt so much and continue to do so. Melbourne drag is the warmest, most loving community. I’ve never felt so at home honestly. Next time you’re around, pop your head in and say hi. We’ve got nothing but an abundance of love to share. Love you more xox
