7x85lbs, yeah! 😄
IMPORTANT NOTE: The strange grunting noises are not from me, hahaha!!! There was a random swolemate around, I apologize for him 😂
So, I started benching 2 weeks ago, no joke. Before I was doing push-up-variations, aka Calisthenics-stuff. As far as I can tell now, this was so stupid. I limited myself so bad! Working with weights is a great way for me to gain that superhuman-strength I want. And it's an incredible fast way to do so! What do you think? Bodyweight-training or weights, what is your favorite?
Whatever you’re doing, if you see even a little progress, you have to keep working on it. Big results will show up ! 💥💥
How many of you have stopped and started trying to be consistent in a healthy lifestyle?
Well let me share something I read about starting and stopping.
When you think about slacking on your routines, think about the huge cost of inconsistency. Example: a hand pump water well. You start and pump hard, but then give up when you don’t see water. Those that continue to pump and see a little bit of water quit too bc they are not satisfied with that little bit. But those that go further, get a steady stream of water. Now you no longer need to pump as hard and it gets easier, you just have to pump consistently.
But what happens if you stop? You go back to square one. Winning the race is about pace. Keep consistent with positive habits and behaviors so you don’t have to go back to square one. Just a little everyday so you don’t lose that momentum. That little bit every day will compound into big results, trust the process.
