TRUTHFUL Tuesday: People always ask why my family always goes on vacation to Disney World. I usually answer with some response about magic memories, my kids being too young to have an attention span to sit at the beach or making an event out of it by doing a #rundisney
event. These are all definitely factors in our decision making along with the fact our kids eat free still and don’t need park tickets. However, the BIGGEST factor for me is in this picture. On our trip last year, my son got an ear infection. We were in the #magickingdom
when we noticed he had a temperature. We zipped into the first aid station and after taking his temp and deciding I wanted to bring him to see a doctor, they made one call and brought me out a secret entrance to an awaiting shuttle. I took my son to a urgent care center where they confirmed my hunch that he had an ear infection and even filled his prescription. We were back at our hotel where he could rest comfortably in under an hour. It was amazing! I don’t know of any other place hang I can bring my kids and know that medical attention is so close. I hope to never need to use this service again, but I’m so glad to know it will be there on my next trip. .
