I’ve found that lately, I’m always beating myself up for not being more motivated with getting my health and fitness in line with what my goals are...
Right now I am working 2 jobs, with no days off, and I’m forever exhausted. .
But I when I take a step back and look at where I am... I’ve lost 13lbs since June, and am starting to make better food choices on a regular basis, and I need to realize that that is a big step! As someone who is constantly on the go, it can be hard to eat properly... but I feel that for the most part, I’ve been doing a good job making healthier choices... and that is enough sometimes. Changes will come if I stay focused. And I really want to stay focused. So today, I celebrate the little things. ❤️
