Second weekend in a row at the mountain and of course I had to rock a little Mickey gear 💁🏻♀️
The harder the rain, the richer the harvest. 🌱 I very much don’t like rainy seasons; in the weather or life. But I’ve been listening to “seasons” by @hillsongunited
a lot + my favorite part is when it says “if all I know if seasons, is that it’s worth my patience, then if you’re not done working, God I’m not done waiting.” 💦🤲🏽
Rain is good, it’s how we grow, I knooowww so in the meantime I’m going to put on my yellow rain coat + be happy in it ☺️☔️ ⠀
Do you live in a place that’s rainy? Do you love it or not!! Tag someone you think this would encourage!! 💛 #DoStuff
We are all children of the world✨
I love all the hidden spots and quote at Animal Kingdom🌳
What’s your favorite Disney park?
Who would have known you could find so much color in the desert? 🌈🌵
Denim 👏🏼 on 👏🏼 denim 👏🏼
I went a tad bit out of my comfort zone and boy, did I loveee the outcome! I have always shied away from layering denim pieces like this, but I honestly loved how this outfit turned out! Plus, adding in a mix of @minniestyle
can never hurt 😉
PS- Who is excited for Rock the Dots in January 22nd?! 🙋🏻♀️🥳 .
Minnie dotted sweater: @cathkidston_ltd
Denim jacket: @express
The only club I want to be a part of...well maybe if there was a Donald Duck club, I’d want to be a part of that too 🤣
is ready for some post @rundisney
race weekend yoga, am I right?!
Anyone else still completely exhausted? Anyone else remember when Light Side was the weekend right after Dopey?! 😵
Are you into all the purple stuff......
today! We’ve been rescheduling our trip for two weeks because we’ve been busy bees over here 🐝 So glad we finally had a chance to come back and recharge our creative juices...
Now to go hunt down all the new #PurplePotion
treats! I’m not a fan of the new #MinnieEars
this time, I’m much more of a classic Disney kinda gal.
Follow my stories today for some Disneyventures! #SorryNotSorry
What are you up to this weekend?
I’d rather be dead in California than alive in any other state.
We’re in!! Let’s do this.
I said I wasn’t collecting anymore....but who can say no to Dumbo 😍 ‘The very things that held you down are going to carry you up, up, up’ - Timothy Mouse💙
Here at #artfulepcot
and it’s so pretty! 💕😍 now where’s the paintbrush churros..outta my way!
Keep your eyes peeled - there’s traces of pixie dust everywhere in Magic Kingdom Park! ✨ Take this hidden Tinker Bell, for example. If you look closely at the rocks at the exit of Big Thunder Mountain in Frontierland, you can see a profile of the mischievous pixie. It shouldn’t be too hard to find - after all, all you need is faith, trust and pixie dust! 🧚♂️
It’s Amelia’s 4th birthday today! And of course keeping with tradition and spending the day at Disneyland! We’ve started the day by getting a pirate hat @hojoanaheim
, then getting a birthday button, call from Goofy saying Happy Birthday, a birthday button, and a pic with Mickey! Swipe to see Amelia on each of her birthdays! 🎉
Happy National Winnie the Pooh day❤️💛🍯
“When you are a bear of very little brain, and you think things, you find sometimes that a thing which seemed very thingish inside you is quite different when it gets out into the open and has other people looking at it.”
Happy National #winniethepoohday
! Here are some fun facts about our favorite honey-loving silly ol’ bear.
Author A.A. Milne’s lovable Pooh Bear, as he called him, was named and inspired by a black bear named Winnie who lived at the London Zoo during World War I. The author’s son, who is named Christopher Robin in real life, would visit the bear frequently and even named his own teddy bear after her (that’s right Winnie was a female black bear in real life!) and a swan named Pooh.
The friendship between Winnie and Christopher Robin inspired Milne to write a collection of books, which started with Winnie-the-Pooh in 1926 and were illustrated by E.H. Shepard. In the 1960s, Disney bought the rights to the characters and dropped the hyphen from the name.
National Winnie the Pooh Day is observed annually on January 18th to commemorate A.A. Milne’s birthday, January 18th, 1882.
I didn’t watch Winnie the Pooh much as a kid, but as I’ve gotten older I’ve related to it much more and have grown to absolutely love it. I am generally a pretty laid back person, but when I watch Winnie the Pooh and see his “go with the flow” attitude and quite literally nothing bothering him, always makes me re-evaluate stresses I have going on. He has grown to be one of my favorite Disney characters. What is your favorite quote and favorite character from this classic story?
