Do you struggle with nutrition? I know, that's a stupid question! We ALL do!
Honestly, my struggle isn't with fast food...its with things like slathering blue cheese dressing all over a messy burger or a gooey warm brownie with extra salted caramel chips baked in!
My sister tho...fast food addict...recovering though! She took control a little over a year ago now BUT she still struggles and needs to be in control at all times!
Heres what she has to say about it... "I'm a self-proclaimed recovering fast-food addict! You can curl your lip at me all you want! I can't help it, I LOVE the stuff! I used to eat it all the time! Probably at least twice a week! YIKES! I have favorites from each of the different fast food joint." Yes, I admit I curl my lip at that..I don't share that struggle but obviously others do!

Loved seeing this big rig at the gym this morning! The tractor door was covered in Planet Fitness stickers also, lol!!! I'm lucky enough to be home most of the time but you gotta appreciate an over-the-road truckers committment to the gym.
It's Smart too, workout while you do your DOT break, be healthy, relieve stress, take a shower, etc..
If only Planet Fitness had diesel and coffee there'd be no need for a truck stop🚛🛣😎👍
