Chipotle Tortilla Chicken Stew ❤️
Paige, my youngest daughter said this was one of the best meals I have ever made.... and I agree.
The flavors will make your mouth want to do a happy dance! The stew had such a nice thick texture and was the perfect consistency.
Plus this stew is high protein, high fiber and loaded with organic veggies 🌶 🍅
A few nights ago I had cooked up a full chicken from @meatme.ca
so used the bones to make my own bone broth (which I used in the stew) and had leftover chicken to use up.
So heathy, so perfect for a hearty family meal!
Excited to get this recipe up on the blog for you all. BTW it would be perfect with turkey leftovers as well.
Whoever said diamonds are a girls best friend never owned raw fed dogs! 😂😂 Because right now hunters are my best friend, everything in this meal was provided by a hunter/farmer except for the pork brain and supplements. #freeisforme

Thats right chicks, we dont drown every single earth grown shiny in copper. Some we leave untouched and natural, so you can put them on your bookshelf and hopefully distract company from paying any attention to how filthy your house is. Is that a crumb?? Disgusting! Can't believe you. Get a crystal. Get 5. I'll tell you when they're ready. We're not getting up from this table til they are.
OMG!!! Vegan shrimp!?!?! so good. Shrimp scampi served as a shareable with tearaway bread and lemon zested broccoli and zucchini. Thank you @noochveganmarket
