🍗 Frango com Molho de Cenoura 🥕🥕 Ingredientes: - 500g de Filés de Frango - 2 Colheres (sopa) de Manteiga - 1 Cenoura grande Ralada - 1/2 Xícara (chá) de Maionese caseira - Sal e Pimenta do Reino a gosto Modo de Preparo: 1. Tempere os filés de frango com sal e pimenta do reino a gosto. 2. Em uma frigideira aquecida com manteiga, doure os filés dos dois lados. Reserve. 3. Para o molho, refogue a cebola com uma colher de manteiga, junte a cenoura e deixe amolecer. 4. Adicione a maionese e deixe aquecer, retire do fogo e coloque no liquidificador para bater até que fique uma mistura homogênea. Tempere com o sal a gosto. 5. Coloque os filés em um prato e adicione o molho por cima. 6. Sirva em seguida e Boa Refeição. One of the reasons why I haven’t posted any work out videos recently is because I’m suffering from intense sciatica pain. I’ve tried physio, rest, anti inflammatories and many corrective exercises that don’t aggravate but could help ease the pain. Sadly it’s only getting worse and worse and I haven’t been able to do any work out in many weeks. As a very active and fit for Type1 diabetic this has hit home really hard. Besides the depression I fall into easily when not exercising, one of the other issues is my insulin intake has shot up through the roof. I’ve put on weight, although not too much but it’s not helping. Because I’m so out of sync I’ve had many other issues to deal with such as colds and other ailments. I know it’s all because I’m not in a good state and can’t look after myself that well. I have made an appointment with a spinal surgeon this morning that will look at my report, an MRI and try to help me with the right medication to get back to normal. I thought I owe you this brief explanation and I hope to be back with work out videos as soon as I can. I’m craving a good work out so much!!! It’ll come again. Onwards and upwards💪🏼💪🏼💪🏼

I feel like I have to remind myself of this fact every day, and then remind everyone else I know because we are mostly living in ignorance. These statistics are from 2016 so I imagine the numbers are higher, and reflective of the country as a whole, if not higher. Our way of life is killing us and our children. My hope is to target my kids’ schools and see about eliminating candy from their Friday snack shack.
