I just decided not having #sushi for #lunch today. Instead I made some #edamamespaghetti which are #heighinprotein (42 protein per 100 grams) and #lowincarbs (11 carbs per 100 grams). I put a little #tahin on the #glutenfreespaghetti and the #tofu but I guess a sauce made out of tahin would have tasted better. Stuffed mushrooms Ingredients: 6 mushrooms 110 g bacon 1 tbsp butter 100 g cream cheese 1½ tbsp fresh chives, finely chopped ½ tsp paprika powder salt and pepper Instructions: 1) Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). 2) Start by frying the bacon until really crispy. Let cool and crush into crumbs. Save the bacon fat. 3) Remove the mushroom stems and chop them finely. Sauté in the bacon fat, adding butter if needed. 4) Place the mushrooms in a greased baking dish. 5) In a bowl, mix the crumbled bacon with the fried, chopped mushroom stems and the remaining ingredients. Add some of the mix to each mushroom. 6) Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms turn golden brown.

Due to #mealprepping I was able to create this #dinnerfortonight . I just prepared the #greenvegtables with #peppers #carrots and one #redonion for the taste. I put a little bit #mozerella on it. It resulted in #meltedcheese . 🤤 I heated up the #fish while I was preparing the #greenvegtables . The #redcabbage (still have some in the fridge) #sushi (last portion) and the #cauliflowerhummus is something I prepared earlier this week. There was a time when I did not like sushi. Currently, I could eat it everyday. If I feel like it I will prepare some more tomorrow but I try not to eat too much of it at once because it is heigh in carbohydrates. I am proud of myself because I have already eaten #breakfast . Usually on Sundays I eat breakfast one hour before my aerosling class. Luckily today I ate two hours before the class. I am sure that the work out will go more smoothly. 🤗 For breakfast I still had some #mealprep in the refrigerator: #sushi (the #avocado was still fresh), #cauliflowerhummus (one portion still left). Sometimes I swap out a smoothie for something else delicious... this morning it’s soaked buckwheat aka Buckwheat Bircher, made extra delicious w a dollop of passion fruit coconut yoghurt, berries & pumpkin seeds 🍓 #eBookRecipe In my opinion, the key component to a healthy meal is fibre...for satiety & steady energy, whilst simultaneously contributing to good gut health - happy gut bugs, stronger mucusal lining, regularity & removing toxins/excesses. Buckwheat has a good amount of soluble & insoluble fibre as well as higher levels of copper, magnesium & B vitamins than most other grains. It has been found to have a favourable affect on blood glucose levels after a meal & I personally find it more filling than oats! So for those of you who don’t feel full after oats, try switching it up in your next Bircher or porridge with buckwheat & tell me if you feel a difference too ☺️

Ma a @csak_a_mentes vásáron voltunk, ahol beszereztünk minden finomságot. Bevallom én magával a rendezvénnyel nem voltam kibékülve, sok kiállító számomra teljesen felesleges volt egy ilyen vásáron illetve marha kevés hely volt arra, hogy nézelődni lehessen kényelmesen, de volt jó pár hely, ahol azért vásároltam amit csak tudtam. . Mivel nekem nem csak a gluténmentesség és cukormentesség fontos hanem, hogy alacsony szénhidrát tartalmú legyen, amennyire lehet így eléggé le van korlátozva, hogy miket is tudok venni/enni.🤔 . Viszont azért néha lazítani kell a szabályokon, így inkább a glutén-cukormentesség volt a főszempont. . Vettem nagyon jó állagú mindenmentes magvaskenyeret a @tibidabolife -től (nem fotóztam le, mert gyorsan elfogyott ám), @adalekmentesen termékeivel már régóta szemeztem, így most 3db landolt is a szatyromban ebből egy #vegan volt. Számomra teljesen új volt, de talán megtaláltam az újabb kedvenc cégemet a @freshera.food_and_drink személyében, ahol nagyszerű poharas termékeket vettem, és külön örültem, hogy nagyon jó még számomra is jó szénhidrát tartalommal rendelkezik az összes termék. Természetesen, mint láthattátok sztoriban a kedvenc @glulusfreefrom termékeimet is haza hoztam, ez már úgy látszik hagyomány lesz, számomra még mindig ők a nyerők.❤️ A legnagyobb és legjobb hír számomra az volt, hogy végre a @lasvegansbp hozott gluténmentes bucikat így megkóstolhattam az isteni hambijukat.😍 olyan mintha egy rántott csirke lenne benne, de elárulom csak karfiol. 🤤Isteni volt, ha valaki csak ezt kóstolja meg akkor már megéri kimenni. . I skipped breakfast this morning because I could not get out of bed. I really enjoyed the #sushi I made yesterday due to this I prepared another portion but I boxed most of it so that I can have some more later and tomorrow. I just hope that the #avocado will still be fresh (not brown) tomorrow. To my #vegtables I added some #coconutoil at the end because I like the taste of it. Somehow it tastes like if I had put coconut milk in it. 🤗 On the #sushi I put a little #tahin because of the taste as well. I forgot to put it on it before taking this shot. Quanto fa bene camminare? TANTO!😅 Ve lo spiego con un i numeri, perché a noi la matematica piace! 😊 La mia glicemia ha viaggiato a quota 300 e più per tutta la notte, mi sono svegliata alle 9 e fino alle ore 11 circa misurava ancora 372. Verso le 11:30 sono andata al parco, ho camminato per 1h e 30 e ho percorso 10km ma ho dovuto fermarmi perché sono arrivata in ipoglicemia. Tutto questo si traduce graficamente in quella curva che vertiginosamente punta verso il basso! 🙁😕 Quali sono le mie considerazioni dopo questa passeggiata? ➡️ Se io avessi tempo e modo di camminare costantemente e per almeno 1-2h al giorno, sarei una diabetica modello, le mie glicemie sarebbero migliori e forse potrei eliminare l'insulina in qualche pasto. ↘️ Per una persona normale in cui il pancreas "sa il fatto suo", camminare dà gli stessi benefici, i livelli di zucchero restano bassi, non ci sono picchi glicemici e il pancreas non è costretto a secernere insulina in eccesso per tenere a bada la glicemia. MEDITATE GENTE ❣️ CURATEVI CAMMINANDO, NON CON LE MEDICINE. Ma soprattutto ... #lunch and #dinner for tonight The kitchen looks messy but it is worth it. As soon as I am done eating I will clean it up. 🤗 This is the first time I made #sushi in my life and it was easier than I thought but I struggled making a #sushirole without #seaweed . I guess with a little bit more practice I will get better. The #cauliflowerhummus tastes much better this time because I used a little more #tahin and less #cauliflower . #delicious I also roasted some cauliflower with #eggwhites as well to get more protein in. Lately, I try to hit a certain goal. Maybe it will be beneficial for #musclegrowth . My personal goal is 0.8 #protein per pound of bodyweight (without the bodyfat). I am not sure if it will help me to gain more muscle but I will put it to the test. Hitting this goal on a #plantbaseddiet would make me even happier. Possibilities are endless. I will try to introduce those to my diet little by little and pay attention how my body reacts to it. Currently, I introduced #tofu but I do not want to eat more than 300 grams per day. What do you do to get enough protein in? Do you use supplements? What do you think of plant based protein?
