I have been so busy lately that I haven’t had much time to devote to my personal yoga practice. As a result, my energy levels have been off and I haven’t been able to focus.
Knowing the benefits of yoga, I have set myself a challenge - 100 days of Yoga. It’s about keeping my mind and body healthy and happy.
