The dough is a mixture of flour, water and salt. Some versions are made of potato dough.

are so soft that they jiggle when you move the plate. We tried the #cremebrulee
and the #tiramisu
but honestly I don’t think you can go wrong, everyone’s dish around us looked incredible. 🕗These are made to order so be prepared to wait 10+ minutes🤔. Remember you can’t rush a good thing though.

💭: Texture isn’t as smooth as froyo or ice cream and the flavor was weird at first bite, but grew on me. Definitely would get again if I was searching for a healthier, dairy-free alternative to ice cream.
