to make these Cranberries Greek Yoghurt Scones 🤷🏻♀️ I mostly likely had combined a greek yoghurt scones recipe with a cranberries scones recipe 🤔😅
These time around, I made much smaller scones. Though I halved a recipe that made 9 large scones, I ended up with 10 small scones. Lol. On hindsight, I should’ve made them taller, they were only 0.5 inch tall before baking.
These scones turned out pretty well though I hadn’t made scones for a long time. They were moist, fluffy & delicious with clotted cream & homemade berries jam.
Coincidentally, the jam recipe is also from @twopeasandpod.
It’s made with frozen mixed berries, honey, chia seed & vanilla. I didn’t measure the ingredients, just added honey according to taste. I don’t fancy store-bought jam as they are usually too sweet. This easy & quick homemade jam is delicious with scones, toasts, yoghurt & ice cream.
