coffee-soaked sponge, crispy edges and clever inclusion of passionfruit has seen virtually no change throughout the years. I actually did once think that this was a bit of laziness on @harrygeorgek
's part - 'god, introduce something new, will you!' - but then every time I revisit and re-order it, I get reminded, once again, that its place on the menu remains well-deserved.
You know you've struck gold when you can't think of a way to improve a dish. Well, other than adding a bit of cheeky truffle. Heh.
