I haven’t had a workout this focused in a minute so had to share — swipe alll the way for the full workout, save & give it a try 😏 • • I played with my set-rep ranges a lil, since coming back I’ve been focusing on high reps for 5 sets. Today I did 3-4 sets, compound movements between 6-8 reps moderately heavy & raises/sculpting movements between 10-12 light.
