💗Splits in 10 Minutes Tutorial💗
Please don't forget that every person is different and not everyone get's they're splits in such a short time. Please do only what you feel comfortable doing. These stretching exercises are very helpful for your splits and if you still can't do it or you want to improve them, then maybe you will notice a difference after the exercises🙈
Sometimes you can't read the text well because it was too short (you can only post 1 min long videos) 💕
That's why I'll explain everything again:
1) So first of all, it is very important that you warm up, as you can avoid injury.
2) Now place your feet on a small raise, such as a book, and try to touch the ground with your legs straight. Hold this for about 2 min.
3) Do this exercise again without an increase and keep it for 1 min.
4) Make sure your back heel is in the air and hold it for 1 min.
5) Now you lift your front toes up and put your back heel down and hold it for 1 min.
6) here you have to be very careful, keep your knee behind your foot and you look forward with your hips. Try pushing your hips down and hold it for 1 min.
7) Make sure to straight your leg during the exercise and repeat it for 30 sec.
8) Here you must also make sure that your knee is behind your foot. Try to touch the ground with your elbows and hold it for 30sec.
9) just straight your back to stretch deeper and hold it for 30 sec.
10) Now you flex your feet and hold it for 30sec.
11) Hold for 30 sec
12) Hold for 30 sec
13) Try to slowly slide into your splits and make sure that your hips are looking forwards. If you don't get down yet, then straight your back leg and hold it for 1 min.
14) If you can already do your splits then you can try oversplits. Make sure you don't do it too fast, because you can hurt yourself.
