*Selvskryt* er det innafor eller er det ⛔🚫⚠️👇🤔 Helt sykt å tenke på at for ca 6 år siden slet eg med 40 kg i benkpress og 60-70 kg i markløft 😅 I de siste 6-8 ukene har eg så godt som hverdagen har tillatt følgt styrke og hypertrofi programmet som 60 andre personer tester for meg deriblant Lucas (innlegget ved siden av denne her) - eg har på disse ukene gått ned i vekt mens styrken har vært med meg hele veien (utenom i knebøy 😥) Totalt ble det en økning på 15 kg i begge øvelsene (video) Fornøyd - JA! . . . . Happy Freakin Monday!! Left is December 2017, right is a week ago. No matter what you want in life, the key to achieving it is working hard and getting focused. This transformation obviously was not linear, I had too many ups and downs to count, but those “bumps in the road” helped me stay humble and taught me a lot about myself along the way.
