Fell off of hitting shoulders consistently and now I’m starting to feel pain again 😒 thought I’d share one of my favorite rear delt exercises.
Sitting at 160 consistently 💪🏼 finally where I want to be.
This is way better than any reverse fly. The reverse fly won’t fully squeeze your rear delt the way it should. The shortening just isn’t there for it.
With this exercise. You would execute it just as a row. Keeping your body upright and keeping the elbow at an angle. (this is the key here) Don’t tuck it as you would for a dumbbell row. When you’re coming towards the top you’ll want to supinate the forearm putting the shoulder into external rotation. If you’ve never done an exercise like this I promise the squeeze and cramp will be life changing 🤣

Back when i was in highschool i was SO afraid of what other think about me or the critics that they would say. Nowadays i want to force myself to do things i am bad at as much as possible
Now i know that FAILURE is the only possible way to grow and learn and become a better version of ourselves. Same as in the gym if we train with the SAME weight over and over we are not going to have changes. Is only when we push through that pain, that discomfort and the voice in our heads that tell us that we can’t do it, but we force it and manage to finish, in that moment is when we learn to give ZERO EXCUSES

Here’s a family favorite snack for Sunday Football games. You can make this as healthy or unhealthy as you want. But I like it because I can make It according to my dietary needs at any given Time throughout my training.
You can basically add anything to this, (fat free re-fried beans, guacamole, chopped I peppers, etc) but keep in mind that calories can add up fast.
If you want low-carb, omit the beans and dip celery sticks in place of tortilla chips.
