The 1st #video
is me doing my 1st heavy set of raw #deadlifts
at 315lbs for 8 solid reps. Raw meaning, no belt, no wrist straps, no alternate hand grip on the bar, no bullshit. The #goal
is 10-12 in a single set. Almost there!! 😬
The 2nd video is me doing a set of #legpress
with 900lbs for 21 reps. More than anything, Im working on improving my #strength
with a heavy weightload on the press. This was extremely tough & took me a couple minutes to catch my breath before doin it again 😈
Needless to say, Im very #happy
with the progress Ive been able to make over the years in strength, size, and definition in my legs. The keys to this #success
are attributed to daily #hardwork #focus
