Yesterday deadlifts felt heavier than they look, as my legs are still pretty fatigued from squats on Tuesday.
Did the first set with mixed grip to get used to it again.

🔴The Hip Hinge🔴 A very important movement for both optimal strength training and everyday movement. It involves flexion/extension originating at the hips. This is a movement pattern that many struggle with and in most cases I need to re-teach to new clients. Without a good hip hinge deadlifts cannot be performed properly or safely and can be part of the reason for lower back pain/injury. There are NO bad exercises. Only bad execution of exercises/people who do not meet the prerequisites for those exercises. Take your time as a beginner and learn correct technique and movement patterns. It will pay big dividends in the future 😊.

2 kilo under my maximum feeling good although that jerk could have been much sharper.
Second leg day, I still felt horrible this morning after last night's "run" (collapsing on the couch).. so I went light with everything and upped the reps to 10.
It felt nice, concentrated on form and slow reps. I think I will always love squats and hate deadlifts.. like why you I even deadlift bro?
127lbs again (my weight jumps around a lot but the trend is downward).. goal for August was 125 so I think I will get there slow and steady while still enjoying things like dinners and wine.
