"Pl... Please, puddin.. Stop.."
My face slams against his table before he pushes me to the ground, the tears running down my cheeks.. Bringing black and white makeup with its path. I look up at the man that I love as I cower against the wall shaking in fear," puddin.. I'm sowry.. Please.. Just stop.." "are you telling me what to do.. Harley?" he said with that maniacal smile plastered in his face. I shake my head as I look away from him, "no.. I.." he cuts me off by grabbing by the front of my suit and lifting me off the ground. Once I was on my feet he reached up fixing the pompoms on my cowl, "Harrrley, you really shouldn't let yourself go like this" he placed both of his hands on my face looking me in the eyes. My heart melts feeling his gentle touch, "oh, puddin.." I nuzzle into his hands as I close my eyes. "Harley..." his maniacal voice was back, my eyes dart open just before feeling the deep stink of his strike across my face, the force sent me across the room making me fall on my hands and knees in front of the door. I look over my shoulder at him, I know that look he's giving me.. He's not done.. I look up at the door and then back at him, "don't even think of it Harley!" he yells knowing what's going through my head. I quickly get up off the ground and run through the door, "HARLEY!!" I could hear him yell from down the hall. I stopped for a brief moment.. He was already mad at me, if I run he will just get worse.. I look up seeing him standing in the doorway at the other end of the all. He snapped his fingers at me and pointed to the ground in front of him, giving me a command like I was a dog. I sniffle as I wipe some tears from my cheeks, making myself wince from the pain of his attack. I took one step toward him but everything in my body was telling me not to.. But.. He's my puddin...¦¦CIC¦¦

[honored] each one of us featured have been guided by our own unique sense of style. how we dress, in some aspect has much to say about who we are + how we want to be presented to the world. i believe it to be beneficial + beautiful to culitvate a specific aesthetic for your wardrobe. by shutting out the noise of trends + fast fashion, allow yourself to veer towards what you find beautiful, what you feel most confidant wearing. it’s an investment worth making to help avoid fashion pitfalls in the long term. can’t wait to share more of this evening with you, thank you @washingtonianmag

Gotham city, the place ta be if ya into crime and villainy, some may say differently because of B-man.. But what most don't know about B-man, is that he's got a soft spot for us 'evil doers', why else would he leave Arkham so easy to escape from? But we don't think about that, eh? That would break the thin vale of bat love. All I'm askin is that ya give it a little thought, trust me.. I'm a doctor! Anyway, on this night he seemed to be in a particular kind of mood.. Well.. He's always in a mood, but this seemed worse.. Maybe Selina laid a big one in the litter box? Ha! I was running across the roof tops when suddenly a b-rang flew past my face and stuck into the ground in front of me, a light on it started blinking as it starting beeping, "oh! Sugar honey iced tea!" I yelled as I flipped backwards. The blast of his little toy still knocked me on the rooftop, I sat up looking at his shadow in the distance, "bombs?! Ya don't even say hi? After all we've been through!" I yell as I get up and run full speed jumping to the next roof with roll. As soon as I get to my feet and start walking I'm stopped by what seems like a wall, but it's him.. Of course it's him. A sigh escapes my lips as I look down the floor shaking my head and tapping my foot, "look.. I didn't drive that zeppelin into that bridge, honest!" I say as I chuckle a bit under my breath. B-man just stares at me without speaking, "we all set here, bat's?!" he doesn't say a word as I try to sneak around him, maybe he took some Selina' catnip? I slowly move around him but he raises his hand stopping me, "you're going back to Arkham, Harley" he said in his super serious voice. "ha! Like that place can hold me, ya know.. Ya really should talk to that Bruce Wayne guy about securin that place" I say in an innocent voice before bolting across the rooftop.¦¦¹CIC¦¦

I do not give spoilers to any book I review...that would take the fun out of it for the next reader. This book is perfection! The characters are very well developed and so easy to relate to. Seriously, ask yourself if you or anyone you know has ever made bad choices... The answer is yes every single time. Life is a learning process... make a mistake you learn not to make it again. These four women are fabulous. I loved each character...for different reasons. Dawn Wright did an outstanding job making the characters, not only well developed, very diverse. The story line flowed perfectly; it has some surprising twist and turns, which makes it even harder to put down. This was a page turner for me and has became one I will be buying in paperback for an excellent addition to my library. I understand that there are people who are used to two to three characters in books... Times are changing and this author made it very easy to follow the characters. When you see Brooke or Summer in bold print, you know what flows is about that character. In real life our lives have more than two to three people in it and if you want to read a book that you can relate to the characters it has to flow as life does. Authors are striving hard to dig deep to deliver those stories to us. I thank you Ms. Wright for taking that step... it made the book so enjoyable for me. I highly recommend this book to all women! I look forward to more from this author.
