*NO SUGAR CHALLENGE*
...15 days to go!! Ok real mom talk here- Life becomes more challenging when a little babe is in our lives! When people came to me in the past and said "I don't have time, I don't have energy, I'm just being lazy and don't want to workout or eat right, my kids have this that and the other going on" it was hard for me to understand what they were going through because I was only responsible for myself. Now that I have Jack, I DO get it! But you don't need hours a day to improve your health/fitness. 10-15 minutes a day is an awesome start, and sometimes it's really all you need!! It comes down to INTENSITY!!!! If you give 100% every workout you do, you don't need to be in the gym for hours!
So video 1 is my first round, and video 2 is my last round. I treated this workout like an EMOM and did all movements back to back within a minute. My goal was to get through all 12 minutes hitting 1 round per minute, and I did it! I was EXHAUSTED by the end. What you'll notice is my intensity was about the same for round one as it was the last round.
What I'm getting at is I can honestly empathize with all you mamas and dads!! But don't we want to be the best example for our kids? I watch Jack watch my every move...every single day! He is a sponge absorbing everything around him. Health/fitness is like a domino effect! If you get up a little earlier and workout, you start to sweat, endorphins are going crazy, then you might make a healthier decision for breakfast, etc. YOUR KIDS SEE EVERYTHING!! Be the best version of YOU so you can be the best for your family as well!
