Had our first practice tonight in preparation for the DFW women’s all-stars game against Nashville’s women’s team, Nightshade. Our scrimmaging was sooo much fun and I’m freakin’ pumped for the game on June 24th. Come watch me and other awesome Dallas ladies play around 3pm, right after the Dallas Roughnecks ( @droughnecks
) game at 1pm.

Tonight’s workout was a 45 minute Yoga Strength session. I picked an ‘advanced’ one thinking that I would learn some new stuff and it turns out I was able to accomplish all of it, even if it was just for a second! This move I recognized from some of my cool Yogi buddies videos and I was surprised I was able to hold it at all. So after the workout was done I decided to try it a bit more, still failing and figuring out the form but that last one felt super solid 🧘🏼♀️ #crosstraining #dallasderbydevils #dallasallstars #dddallstars #armyofdarkness #battalionofdoom
Pretty proud of this sweat spot on my shirt 😂 after yesterday’s activities, I was just glad to be motivated enough to get to the gym! Low and behold I finished 10 minutes of intense rowing and then a 30 minute total body workout. Here’s to hoping I can make it through a run/workout with #corganrunclub
