🍩 The donuts are so easy to make and require nothing but a fork ! They are also packed with protein 💪🏼:
🎃 1/2 Can Pumpkin Purée.
🥄 4 scoops @simplyteras
coconut protein (this is important! You can sub another vegan protein, but do not leave it out or try to sub whey/collagen because it will not absorb the liquid and you won’t be able to roll into balls #wetsoggyballs
🥥 1 tbsp melted coconut oil.
🎃 1 tsp Pumpkin spice Blend + 1/2 tsp extra cinnamon.
🍯 1 tbsp maple sugar + 1 extra for dusting.
🎋 2 tbsp @lakantosweetener
(Or 2 more tbsp maple sugar or coconut sugar).
1 tsp vanilla extract.
1 tbsp hemp seeds.
1 tbsp dark #soyfree
Extra spice blend for dusting.
Mix all the wet and dry ingredients together with a fork then add the chunky stuff. If it’s stick out in ththe fridge for 20 mins, then roll into balls and dust with extra spice blend and maple sugar. I admit only half of the balls made it into the fridge 🤣.
🍮 I’ll need to pay better attention to the measurements in the pumpkin parfait next time (this was an experiment that turned out well 😂), but the basis of it is:
Pumpkin purée, maple syrup, vanilla, @lakantosweetener
(to make lower carb), pumpkin spice, coconut milk, chia seeds, @primalkitchenfoods
fuel and #grassfed #gelatin
. It can be made #vegan
if you leave out the protein and add more chia seeds to help it set. The @gtskombucha
yogurt was sweetened just a little with some maple syrup.
