Black plate for Parson Russell terrier girl. Cow's lung, trachea and turkey liver. 122 grams. (Usually she gets a smaller meal, this is after agilty competition so larger portion)
White plate for saluki puppy. Pig's skin, turkey liver, cow's lung, trachea and kidney. 303 grams.
This time most of the meal was still frozen, because the PRT otherwise doesn't want to eat the liver and lung. Plus, some forgetfulness on my part. .

I’m midway through the first week of my cut. You’d think it would be brutal and I would be so hangry by now. But the reality is, intermittent fasting makes it almost effortless.
Lunch: kale salad with poppyseed dressing and prosciutto wrapped mozzarella
Snack: Cheeseheads Colby jack and Turkey pepperoni
Dinner: Chicken pumpkin white bean chili topped with cilantro, cheese, sour cream, and avacado

Breakfast: Eggplant with onions and tomatoes topped with two large eggs.
Snack: yellow cherry tomatoes from my garden topped with cottage cheese.
Lunch: chicken breast with zucchini (from my garden) and carrots cooked up in the air fryer.
Dinner: Jimmy John's unwich and pickle.
