Hallo ihr Lieben, heute möchte ich euch ein wenig von mir erzählen und warum ich gestern mich selbst und meinen Nutrition Coach gefeiert habe. Alles begann vor - oh Gott 13 Jahren! 😱 ich werde eindeutig alt 😂🙈 Die Kurzfassung: Damals wog ich 93 kg und hatte mit 20 Jahren endlich ein Erwachen und habe begonnen mich mit Ernährung auseinander zu setzen und habe 25kg abgenommen. Das habe ich einige Jahre halten können bis 2013 das nächste Brett gekommen ist. Hormone!! Leute, das ist so furchtbar! Wenn du eine hormonelle Störung hast und keiner dir weiterhelfen kann, da es schlichtweg niemand erkannt hat! Auch hier konnte ich mich letzten Endes selbst aus der Misere befreien, durch Ernährung. Ihr könnt euch nicht vorstellen wie glücklich ich war als die Pfunde (Fett und Ablagerungen von Östrogen) purzelten! Letztes Jahr war ich meinem Ziel so nahe wie noch nie zuvor! Aber, was wäre das Leben ohne seine Höhen und Tiefen, bin ich letztes Jahr, wahrscheinlich im September, an dem Pfeifferschen Drüsenfieber erkrankt. Erneute Wassereinlagerungen, mein Lymphsystem total überfordert und ich habe bis heute mit den „Nachwehen“ zu kämpfen. Ihr könnt euch vielleicht vorstellen, wie es mir ging. Ich war am Ende. Ich habe alles versucht, ich meine auch wirklich alles! Von Therapie (MLD und medikamentös) über harte Entwässerungskuren, Ernährung- wie gesagt einfach alles, nichts hat geholfen. Ich war mit meinem Know-how am Ende. Also habe ich mir Hilfe gesucht und in @coach_jen_evope auch eine wahnsinnige tolle und kompetente Hilfe gefunden! Ich arbeite mit ihr seit 3 Wochen zusammen (den Vorlauf jetzt mal ausgenommen) und es gibt schon jetzt MESSBARE Erfolge! Warum ich sie gefeiert habe? Ganz einfach! Sie hat einen ausgeklügelten Ernährungsplan geschrieben der funktioniert, sie hat Herzblut, Leidenschaft und mit verdammt viel Wissen und Erfahrung mein Leben wieder lebenswert gemacht. Das klingt übertrieben? Das mag sein, dass sich das für euch so anhört aber lasst euch gesagt sein ☝🏻 Selbsthass gegen den eigenen Körper zu hegen, macht alles andere als glücklich. I love fasted training, I find it brilliant for burning fat but it does take some getting used it. When you first start don't expect to hit your usual number but after a few weeks your body will adapt and you'll get used to fasted training and reap the benefits. SEPTEMBER 1: Triton Performance will begin releasing daily programming for competitive athletes. Each day will consist of 1-2 hours of programming including barbell work, interval training, and a WOD. The programming will be in six week cycles with the main focus being on the 2019 CrossFit Open. Below is a description of what you can expect each day. • Strength: Barbell work involving technique drills, complexes, and percentage lifts to improve strength. • Endurance: Interval training involving #concept2rower , #assaultbike , running, and other machines to improve overall cardiovascular endurance. • Capacity: A daily workout that ranges in time, movements, and rep schemes. Ugly work today but feeling great afterwards. 79kg dead lifts (looking back I could have gone heavier I think...), on the rower the whole time instead of running and managed to finished at 23mins 50seconds.
