I’m always grateful whenever someone genuinely cares to help me do something I care about. There’s an expression...”we don’t live for ourselves, but to share our joy with others.” Think about that. When something good happens to you..what’s the first thing you want to do? Share it 😁. You’re not alone

is directed by M. Night Shyamalan and it’s the sequel to his awesome previous films and . Thus, in regards to anticipation, is no doubt one of my top 10s for 2019.
In this film, we watched David Dunn use his super powers to track down Kevin Wendell Crumb, a man known as “The Horde”. Eventually, both of them end up locked in a facility with David’s once-rival Mr. Glass and there’s a specialist who’s out to prove the trio do not actually have super abilities.
There’s really a lot of stuff happening in this movie. But let’s start from the beginning.
I really like the first 20 minutes set-up and the performances. Especially James McAvoy, who’s amazing throughout the entire runtime. If you think he’s great in , you’re gonna think he’s great here. Seeing him reprise so many roles living inside of his mind is fascinating.
Samuel L. Jackson again reminded me how unpredictable he was in . Their performances were easily the best part.
Some people might regard Act 2 as the part where started to lose its magic due to the slow pacing.
Well, it didn’t lose me entirely ‘cause there’re still some interesting debates that hold the story. I still like the messages behind and the use of colors in some scenes.
I will say though I was really let down by the sloppy 3rd act. I mean really the 3rd act of just instantly becomes unenjoyable.
has a very weird structure. What I feel is that the 3 acts of this film have different stars and themes and it’s really unevenly spaced. By the end, it just feels like Shyamalan had 3 different visions as to what would be. He couldn’t decide one so he made these 3 ideas the acts of the movie. After the movie ends, I just couldn’t comprehend how this ending was chosen.
has a super intriguing set-up and an alright Act 2. But Act 3 is just sloppy and incomprehensible. So overall, I was pretty let down by it.
