EVery day, we have 2 choices.
To have a positive attitide or to be negative.
Hair is wet in 45 degree weather
But I still have a smile on! A smile is the best accessory anyone can wear. Don't forget to bring yours everywhere 😘🤗😁
Life as a commuter in an early morning metro only can explain in one way! It’s “hell”! And now this journey is part of my everyday life. And what we do during that time, instead of counting the moment? Do we talk to each other, even to those who commute almost everyday and same time with the same metro? Do we invite or welcome other to come our world instead of scrolling down mobile screen or tablet? We standing next to each other sometimes there’s even no personal space but we stand there as if we all are an isolated island!! I was wondering about that and that’s where my thoughts came from about this series (My everyday) . Title: Commuters of smartphone, size: 42cm x 29.7cm, medium: oil on canvas paper. #everyday #oilpainting #commuterlife #melbourne_metro #myeveryday #mypainting #melbourneartist #morning
Adventuring a bit on my morning commute (aka leaving south station from a different exit 🙈) but hey! A little change in the morning routine make you notice so much more ☺️these sweet adventure keychains are listed on the shop!
posting this nice picture i took on my last bike ride as i sit in bumper to bumper traffic, to remind myself that there's more to life than bumper to bumper traffic. #worklife #commuterlife #staypositive
It’s Wednesday and I’m currently eating @fiberone

), but remember when I posted Saturday saying I was making breakfast? 👩🍳 This was it! Scrambled eggs over buttered toast with mushrooms and arugula (also sautéed in butter 🤤) Paired with uncured nitrate/nitrite free bacon 🥓(I get this when it’s available!) What are y’all having this morning?
Yep true story of what my daily alarm looks like, even the weekend isn’t much better 😥 one day I won’t be a commuter. #commuterlife

Sometimes the best way to immerse yourself and explore a new city is to grab a backpack and go for it!
What’s your favourite city?? 🌎
Placed these before I got out of bed this morning. Already earning more on the commute to work than what I will for a full shift today. DM INFO and I’ll tell you how you can do the same 💎✨
I am wearing this lovely polka dot jumpsuit today unfortunately I am not in Greece with the sun setting in the background. Instead I am on my way to work on this damp October day and I have just walked out of Victoria Station to 4 police vans and armed police walking towards me. Please take me back to Greece.. #marksandspencer #workingmum #tbt #commuterlife #thankgoodnessforpolkadots
“You cycle in London!?!? Isn’t it really dangerous!?” The main response I get when I talk about my commute... 🚴🏻♀️🚴🏻♂️🚴🏻♀️When I first arrived in London a few years ago I was terrified to cycle and swore to my mum I wouldn’t, however as I found myself spending silly amount of money on the underground to get squashed and trampled on every day- it didn’t take me long to look for other modes of transport. I asked my dad to bring my very old hybrid bike from home and started off trundling around on that. It was great- fresh air, no people squashing me, no dependence on train times and always quicker than any bus or tube! However as I moved and my commute got longer- my old hybrid bike was tiring me out with some serious resistance training. I recently upgraded to my lovely Liv avail 2 entry level road bike. Whilst It has a limited gear selection compared to my competing bike, it sure handles well and is extremely road and weather resistant! I commute on flat pedals as I feel considerably safer in and around traffic than being clipped in and I am also not that annoying person trying to track stand at every traffic light... Once you know your commuting roads, don’t cycle like it’s a race and assume that every driver has not seen you- cycling in London is safe and easy! Always wear a helmet, never wear headphones and try and keep your manners when a car driver tells you to ‘F off the road’ or ‘pay some road tax’... 🚵🏾♂️I love the cycle commuting culture in London and would tell anyone looking for a change from the smelly tube to get on a boris, hybrid, fixie or road bike and get cycling to work/uni- it will revolutionise your working week! 🚵🏼♀️ #commuterbike #commuterlife #londoncommuting #cycletowork #cyclingisfree #livbikes #thisisnotanad
Throwback to 2 years ago when I first started working as a flexibility coach to professional ballet dancers in Berlin. Been back to this amazing city many times since, and due to visit again in exactly 2 months from today.
