The FAFSA for 2019-2020 will be online October 1, so high school seniors have to pay careful attention to all of their financial aid deadlines. Be aware there may be different deadlines for federal, state, and college financial aid, as well as some scholarships that use FAFSA data. Some funding may be limited so you want to get in line as early as possible. Check each website to confirm deadlines and application requirements. #CollegeCash#FAFSA#Seniors#HighSchool
With my hectic schedule - and losing my reusable water bottle - I haven’t been hydrating as much as I need to!💦
Today I went to T.J. Max and bought a gallon bottle for only $10!🙌🏻
I used water from my britta and 2 scoops of @goultima Lemonade Electrolytes to keep my hydrated throughout today! 🍋 -
I drank the entire thing + had some watermelon and feel so much better! 🍉 -
The Lemonade electrolyte mix is 0 calorie, no sugar, keto, vegan and paleo-friendly! I highly recommend it + they have other flavors as well!👍🏻
You know that feeling when you’re absolutely exhausted from a long day/tired and you can’t keep your thoughts from racing?
And then that feeling right after when you get out of a relaxing hot bath while slipping into your fluffiest slippers?
THAT’s the feeling you give me. That warm. THAT fuzzy. You’re better than marshmallows and hot chocolate. Thank you for being here.
Pumpkin snickerdoodle cookies 🍂
2 cups almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
3 tbsp coconut oil melted
3 tbsp pumpkin puree
1/4 cup agave or maple syrup

In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.
In a separate small bowl, whisk together coconut oil, pumpkin puree, syrup, vanilla extract.
Add the wet ingredients to dry. Mix together until sticky. Refrigerate for about 10 minutes (this allows the dough to get firm to roll into balls.
In a small bowl mix cinnamon and coconut sugar.
Form dough into balls I used 1 tbsp to scoop it out. Place on a cookie sheet. Then flattened with my fingers!
Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes .
This is definitely one of my favorite fall cookie recipes !!!🍪
I have not gone to the gym in the past 5 days.🤭
I’ve slowly been unmotivated in the conventional gym setting - over training and forcing too many sets. So this week - I decided to start a new fitness journey.🤔
I have been doing a @corepoweryoga Yoga Sculpt class every morning for 3 days now. This hour long class integrates hot yoga with high intensity weight training - high rep - between 3-15 pounds. Each class is different - focusing on different muscle groups incorporating compound movement. 💦 -
After completing these classes - I feel so alive and awake and ready to take on the day. I can see an extreme improvement in my mood already. I’ve decided to take Yoga Sculpt 5 days a week and have 2 days where I do CorePower 2 - so I can even out my practice and give myself a break from the weights. I am flexible in the sense that I don’t schedule rest days - I see how my body feels and do what’s best based on the now.🧘🏻♀️ -
This new journey is my attempt to reach out of my new normal. I am challenging myself outside of my comfort zone. No long hours. No adding reps. No questioning if I got a good workout in or not.🔥
For me - this is also a mental health journey. Taking an hour of my day instead of maybe 2 and adding more reps if I don’t “feel it” is where my mind and body need to be. I’m incredibly excited to continue this journey. Who knows - it may shift within a short span of time - but as of right now I know where I want to go and who I want to be. 🏋🏻♀️
