Replacing coffee with something as good as coffee? So far this product is the best and I am enjoying it🙃Finally a coffee replacement named Premium dark roast chicory From Worldwide Biotanicals purchased on Amazon. This product is high in fiber, contains calcium and iron. It is gluten-free and is considered New Orleans style coffee. It has less acid so it’s easier on your stomach. It comes from chicory root and contains a lot of prebiotic soluble fiber. Yum👍
I been loving these vitamin fizz sticks for many years now. I actually replaced coffee with them in 2013.
The same company also has [vegan] shakes I really like for maintenance.

Recipe: 1 cup Arbonne detox tea, 1 scoop chai protein, a splash of almond milk, 1 tsp coconut oil. Blend. Sprinkle cinnamon on top! 💥
If you're considering a short coffee break, here are some of my learnings: (see prev post: my why)
1. You will be low in energy & focus. Plan your coffee-break around vacation time, a long weekend or a length of time when you aren't expected to perform at more than 60% capacity 😉
2. You may get a headache in 1st few days. Have painkillers ready to go.
3. Although I was not totally caffeine free, my caffeine intake was no more than 1/3 of my previous intake. I do not exceed more than 2 green teas (with Matcha & Yerba Mate 👌)/day. The rest of the day I rely on an adaptogenic herbal tea (Holy Basil), nourishing Nettle, anti-inflammatory Golden Mylk, and calming chamomile & borage.
4. Can I keep going depriving myself of my warm, delicious morning hugs -hmmmmm...? I think so! I'm not an abstainer with any food and as my patients know...I don't ask that of them either. But I think I can have my occasional indulgences and keep to this coffee-free routine for a bit longer
~°~ Everything is in contant flux. Your body's needs are constantly changing. You as a person -in your likes, dislikes, character, behaviours, moods, habits- are also changing~°~
5. I learnt a big lesson through this very seemingly small act. That, you can either allow that change to happen by osmosis... taking on the habits of those around you or simply letting life happen TO you or... living in your power, choosing and deciding how you change. But oh boy, that one is an Everest that takes a life-time to climb. The key is to not give up! So, keep striving for that better version of yourself in whatever area it may be!

! After 4 months of being off of coffee, I’ve finally found my coffee replacement. Thanks for the recommendation @whatcaitate.
This herbal coffee is a blend of certified organic, fair trade and plant based ingredients. It’s a mix of black figs, chicory root, dandelion root, lemon peel, orange peel, ashwagandha root and shatavari root. Not only is this extremely tasty...it has some beneficial and medicinal ingredients in it.
