Night time is the best time to put the effort in on your skin. It has 8 hours (hopefully) to do its stuff while you're sleeping so you want to give it a head start by treating it to a bit of love before you nod off. Here's what I do... 1. Take off my make up. This really is key. Your skin cannot breathe if its clogged up with dirt and the days make up. I use @afterspa
magic make up remover cloth, you simply wet it under the tap and use it to remove all your make up, including waterproof mascara. No idea how it works, but it does! Great for the environment too as it goes in the washing machine and lasts up to 1000 washes!
2. Toner is next. I use a fee drops of toner on a cotton wool pad and wipe it over my entire face and neck. If there's any remnants of make up then I repeat this process again. I like @kueshicosmeticos
Toner. (Not pictured above 🤦♀️) 3. Night cream is a total must for me. Even if I'm totally exhausted or (tiddly) I still apply night cream. Lashings of the stuff. When I can afford it I invest in @arbonne
Re9 night cream, but right now money is a little tighter so I'm using a high street pick up Olay night cream.
4. Eye cream. @balanceme
Wonder eye cream is like liquid heaven and I swear is the reason I don't yet have crows feet. I pat a very small amount around my eyes and underneath. It's a brightening eye cream so helps with my dark circles. (Or Burt bags as we affectionately call them)
5. Spot treatment. If I get a break out then this stuff is a total winner @balanceme
congested skin serum goes over the problem area. I use it sparingly though as I don't want to dry out my skin with it.
6. I finish with an oil on my cuticles. Ever since I started getting regular manicures I've become a bit obsessive about looking after my nails. So I massage in a cuticle or Argan oil around my nail beds. I'm using @stellaandgrace
