А вы рады, что наступила осень😉? ⠀ Хочу вам сегодня предложить быстрый, лёгкий и рецепт приготовления пышных сэндвичей 🍰 в мультипекаре (у кого нет мультипекаря, может приготовить их в виде оладьев👍). ⠀ Сохраняйте рецепт📝 в закладки ⠀ На 4 штучки 🍀1 яйцо 🍀50 грамм мягкого творога 🍀40 грамм рисовой муки 🍀1/3 ч.л.соды (погасить уксусом) или разрыхлителя Начинки: 🍀сыр и помидор (на фото) или зелень 🍀творог и ягоды или фрукты ⠀ Для теста все смешать. Получается густое тесто. Смазать панель каплей кокосового масла. Выложить в сэндвичницу слой теста, на него начинку и сверху ещё теста. Выпекать 7 минут. ⠀ Приятного аппетита 😋

5am alarm clocks are just awful. So awful! But the sooner I get ready, the sooner I can eat my breakfast on the train, because food 😄 - - I’ve been making a few adjustments to my overnight oats recipe. I’ve been adding in half a serve of Youfoodz protein powder to boost the protein as I’m using lactose free yogurt which is low in protein. I’ve cut down the amount of oats too: • 30g rolled oats • tbsp chia seeds • 15g chocolate protein powder • tbsp cocoa or cacao • 1/3 cup chocolate almond milk • 1 tub or 1/2 cup yogurt - - I high recommend topping with natural peanut butter! Two words. AIR FRYER! I got this bad boy for my birthday (shoutout to the best boyfriend @blakeharrisonm for knowing the way to my heart ❤️ , aka kitchen gadgets). Air fryers are a much healthier way of “frying” and I love that you can control the kind of oil you use to just use a minimal amount for a healthy fat! Had to try it out tonight. Started off with something simple. Sweet potato 🍠 fries! Always a good choice in my book. • dEats—>cut sweet potatoes length wise to your liking, toss in avocado oil, himalayan pink salt + @traderjoes chili lime seasoning. Then throw in the air fryer for ~15-20 minutes depending on how thin you cut them. For best results stop every 5 minutes to shake the pan. On the side I made some spicy guac for dipping with some mashed 🥑 + garlic salt + chopped jalapeño + cilantro. All done in just about 20 minutes 🤤 #eatsbybrooke #airfryer

I asked for no dressing and cheese, just extra salsa😋 I eat out often, especially while traveling. Here are some tips I always use to stay on the track! 1️⃣VEGGIES - You can’t never go wrong with any kind of vegetables. Ask for grilled vegetables instead of fries or other sides 2️⃣ DRESSING ON THE SIDE - there are dressings that can completely ruin your macros and add 200-600 extra calories to your salad. Feel free to ask how they make them or simply just order olive oil, lemon and pure tomato salsa. 3️⃣ LETTUCE WRAPS - if you are craving some high carb and fat dish, just take off the bread and still enjoy the ingredients on the of lettuce. 4️⃣SIMPLE - Simple is the best. 90% off time when I eat out I chose some salad. Salads are my favorite, they make you full enough and give you freedom to “steal” a bite from your friend’s plate 😜 5️⃣SWEETS - fresh fruits and nut butter is always the best idea! Acai bowl with almonds is my favorite 🤤

¿Qué tener en cuenta al comprar un pan integral? 🍞 . . Los ingredientes: . -Por ley, los ingredientes se acomodan de mayor a menor peso. . -El primer ingrediente siempre debe ser harina de trigo integral, trigo germinado, granos enteros, harina de avena. Evita los que digan harina de trigo nada más o tengan apellido como “fortificada, enriquecida o adicionada”. . -Revisa que no tenga “jarabe de maíz de alta fructosa (JMAF), sólidos de jarabe de maíz, azúcar, o algún componente que no conozcas que termine en “osa”. Y si los azúcares totales son menos de 5g, verifica que no esté en los primeros 5 ingredientes del pan. . -El contenido de fibra es muy importante, algunos tienen menos de 1g, verifica que tenga al menos 4g. . . Estas son mis Top 5, por sabor me encanta el Dave’s killer bread 😍, ese lo consigues en Costco. . El pan Ezekiel, no tiene gluten ni derivados lácteos o animales, así que es ideal para gente vegana, personas con enfermedad celiáca o con intolerancia al gluten (recuerden que gluten no es sinónimo de malo), lo puedes encontrar en Chedraui selecto. . Para una versión más comercial el Pan Bimbo cero cero y los thins, son buenos en sabor y cumplen con las recomendaciones del etiquetado de ingredientes y lo puedes encontrar en cualquier supermercado de Mérida 😉 . Probably because my mouth will be full of all the foods. 😋🍪 . But if you’ve been following me for a while, you know that the only thing I love more than autumn colors, festive flavors, and sweater weather is experimenting with foods to make the good stuff ALSO be health(ier) so that we can enjoy every bite and FEEL GREAT when we’re done, too! . GF/VEGAN PUMPKIN OATMEAL COOKIES . 2c gluten free oats 1c pumpkin purée 1/4c coconut sugar 1/4c unsweetened applesauce 1 handful dried cranberries 1 (big) handful dark chocolate chips 1-2tsp pumpkin pie spice // cinnamon + nutmeg . • Preheat oven to 350* • Combine all ingredients in medium mixing bowl (( stir in cranberries and chocolate chips last )) until doughy • Place approximately 1tbs sized scoops onto a greased baking sheet • Flatten into a cookie shape, as these will not expand when baked • Bake for 15 minutes or more if you prefer your cookies well-done . two mini stacks of ombré pancakes 🥞 (recipe below) I had these for breakfast on Sunday & I’m really happy with how they turned out! whenever I tried making glutenfree vegan pancakes in the past, I often failed - they either sticked to the pan, broke apart or were still raw on the inside. but these ones were incredibly fluffy & light! 🙌🏼 you can find the recipe down below - make sure to try it out 👅 all of the flours I used are from @govindanatur * - basically where all my staples are from. 🙏🏼 the superfood powders are from @unicornsuperfoods * 🦄 (*PR Sample) . . Recipe: - 3/4 cup of teff flour - 1/2 cup of coconut flour - 1tbsp of chia flour - 1tbsp of tapioca starch - 2tsps of baking powder - 1 ripe banana - pinch of salt - 1tbsp of maple syrup - 1 cup of almond milk • for the colors: pink pitaya powder and butterfly pea flower powder . . Instructions: Whisk together the dry ingredients in a bowl. In a seperate bowl, mash the banana with a fork & add in almond milk + maple syrup. Slowly mix in the liquid part into the bowl with the dry ingredients and stir continuously, until completely combined. Take 1/3 of the batter and put it back into the second bowl. Heat a griddle - if you have a nonstick pan you don’t need oil, otherwise grease the griddle with the oil of your choice. Use around 1tbsp of the batter for 1 pancake. Add in more and more of the pink pitaya powder as you make the pancakes. When the dough is bright pink, mix in the remaining 1/3 of dough & start adding in the butterfly pea flower powder for a purple blue-ish color as you make more pancakes. Serve with fruits, coconut yoghurt and any toppings of choice.
