Sempre stata scettica, ma ora nel post-workout, non rinuncio più alla mia barretta di proteine. Cambiare l'alimentatore è stata la cosa migliore che potessi fare oltre a quella di cambiare allenamento. Il mio corpo risponde meglio alle sollecitazioni, il riposo è migliorato, quando sono stanca non lo sono in modo devastante cioè riesco comunque a fare tutto e i risultati si vedono! Non solo nei muscoli, nella pelle, capelli, unghie più forti e non vi dico altro. Migliorare, cambiare si può, si può fare tutto ma ci vuole testa.
