Getting into the holiday spirit with @johnlegend
’s Christmas concert at the Fox this evening!
Today we had our brokerage’s annual Pie Party where friends and clients came to enjoy fresh pie and live music. Our good friend @jmt_cpa_ea_realtor
, who’s based in Philadelphia, stopped by to give us a visit. If you’re looking to buy/sell real estate in his area, give him a call & tell him that we sent you. Your experience is our priority 🏡
That feeling you get when your “keys” are ready for pick up at the lawyers! I love being apart of making dreams come true!
Taking advantage of the boys not being with us for a few days... a little break from packing & work for a date night. ❤️ #DateNight #RN74 #CityLiving
We done did it again. 😂😂 Operation: find-the-biggest-turkey-in-the-grocery-store was a great success!!
Picked out a 26-pounder for two. 😬😂😂😂 This silly tradition started after our second Thanksgiving together. @ndimarco123
and I were both deployed at the same time we when first started dating and not only did we both miss Thanksgiving stateside, my deployment also kept me away from home for Christmas, the new year and the entire holiday season. AND I LOVE THE HOLIDAYS.
So! In true DiMarco fashion, Nick went BIG for our first Thanksgiving home together by cooking a ridiculously HUGE turkey and about 10 pounds of mashed potatoes 😂😂😂... 5+ years later, we’ve just kept that tradition going. 😭😂
Concerned, I asked Nick today, “What is going to happen when our family grows and we have more mouths to feed? Do we cook two turkeys?!” His response, in true Nick fashion 😂, was: “No Britt, we will still cook the same ridiculous size you make me buy, but luckily we won’t be eating turkey leftover EVERYTHING until Christmas. We will just be normal.” 💀💀💀
I told him being “normal” is overrated. I keep life exciting for that DiMarco man... 😂😂😂
SO EXCITED TO MANGIA!!!

I had no idea what that meant. Yes, I was told what it meant which was nice and all but I didn’t really know what that meant until I started doing research. And in that research I found some answers.
I found that I needed to stop putting energy into things in my life that weren’t putting energy into me. I found that I wanted to love and show emotion to people and things that were showing me love and emotion. And that has allowed me to really fall in love with myself and realize my own worth.
I know it’s hard. I’ve been in a place that I had no idea what loving myself meant. But it is possible to be in the darkest whole of your life and then climb out of it. I’m living proof.
Find things that make you so happy and that you want to put energy into and in return you will find love for yourself and become the best version of yourself.

Don't just peer through the windows of life: open the door and step inside.
We're open for breakfast seven days a week, and lunch and dinner Tuesday to Saturday.
Don’t sleep on their shoe game though.
Division or no division? Do you agree with a New World Order?
Look 👆🏻I’m prepping for Thanksgiving and seriously can’t believe how quickly it came up this year. Anyone else feel the same way?
Researchers at the Massachusetts General Hospital have discovered that heavy chronic noise exposure is bad for the heart. According to the study, those exposed to the highest levels of constant noise are three times more likely to have a heart attack, stroke or other major cardiovascular event. Chronic noise exposure results in higher levels of brain activity in the amygdala, which correlates to inflammation in the arteries of the heart and brain. Urban dwellers around highways and construction are at particular risk.

One year ago we completed the Lawson Project. Yesterday I dropped in to give advise on where to place some new artworks our clients have recently purchased. It was so lovely to hear how our clients are so happy with the lounge and dining room we designed for a more formal style. These two rooms are used daily I’ve been told, I’m so please to hear it! Before the transformation these rooms were a no go zone. 😊

Piedmont Park Market Trends! 🏡
Since the housing market inside the perimeter is not heavily dictated by grade school scheduling, this Midtown neighborhood has seen a significant increase in the amount of homes listed recently.
Overall, pricing has held pretty steady over the last year with an average consistently right under $400,000.
The good news for buyers: There is more inventory to choose from!
There is no place like home for the holidays! We hope everyone has a happy Thanksgiving spent with family + friends!
