I started to hate the taste of the water at my house so I went to giant looking for a gallon of spring water when I happened upon @just
. Their bottles are made out of paper and the cap is plant based. Not only am I making sure I'm drinking my H20 but I'm helping save this environment which is a win win in my book. They were only $1 at giant too so do yourself a favor and grab Just Water next time you go to the store! The environment will thank you! #ecofriendly #ecofriendlyliving #sustainable

✖️Apartment is a mess.
✖️ Bags are still packed from my trip.
✖️Meal prep needs to happen.
✖️It’s cold outside (real cold).
✖️I have a few TV shows I “need” to watch..... etc
But all of the above can wait because it’s Week TWO of our #GirlStepUp
bootcamp and everyone else already logged their workouts today so..... I sucked it up and got it done.
Don’t let those pesky excuses slow you down✨✨🖤

“Tower House”, 1966, by Takamitsu Azuma. Tokyo in the 1960s was on the brink of crisis. The construction of infrastructure for the 1964 Tokyo Olympics, as well as the city’s growth post-war, transformed it. Land prices rose sharply, and the population of the city grew tremendously, forcing many of the young working population to move to the outskirts. “Tower House” was a response to the rapid urbanisation Tokyo was experiencing, and was a clear antagonisation to the Metabolist movement that was very much in vogue in Tokyo; which called for the standardisation and atomisation of living spaces. Azumi’s “Tower House” was a clear contradiction, providing private and very intimate living spaces for his family. #tokyo #japan #concrete #compactliving #cityliving #architecture #tower #house #home #brutalism
