Circuits circuits everywhereeeee. Circuit Sunday today is a quick one but not just because the video is only 18.4s doesn’t mean the workout is. Sorry not sorry. Today we have a mountain workout, I call them mountain workouts as the reps go up for each movement but you do have to climb back down Kilimanjaro so you have to do them on the way down to!
1) A sled push 2 lengths
2) 10 broad jumps
3) 20 burpees
4) 30 KB swings
Okay super simple movements. You push the sled, you do the movements going up, you then push the sled again and do the movements coming down- if you don’t have access to a sled because you’re not Santa then use a box and if you can’t do that go out into the street and attempt a car push. Simple? Simple. Kapish? KAPISH. I hope you have all had an awesome weekend. *Please don’t push a car and get arrested, I will not take responsibility*
