I used to be the biggest critic... I thought “at home” workouts didn’t really work. Meanwhile I spent years at the gym doing cardio + a few random machines and never REALLY saw any progress. Now, I’ve seen more change in 8 weeks of “at home” workouts after just having baby #3

The book is titled ‘So Long Insecurity’ by Beth Moore. It’s a book I’ve had in my ‘Mother Culture’ rotation for the last few months. It’s my ‘light’ read, yet packed with some awesome truth. Also... I deleted the second photo in my stories because I don’t think I worded what I wrote well..(maybe that’s the insecurity talking 🤔🤪). I didn’t want anyone to take it the wrong way. anyways... to reiterate what I wrote in that second story: insecurity comes in many different forms. I don’t think any of us are completely immune to it... male or female at any age. This book has been eye opening for me. And this gal who struggles with insecurity from time to time highly recommends it 😉😘 #motherculture
I love following a cleaning schedule. I love how organized and tidy my house stays when I follow a cleaning schedule. Since starting my Dave job though, I just dont have the time or energy at the end of the day to clean every single day. I do the dishes, and tidy up but that's about as far as I get cleaning wise on the days that I work. On my days off, I'll have to do laundry (we dont have a washer and dryer in our apartment, sadly), deep clean the bathroom, livingroom and kitchen, and clean bedrooms. It sounds so overwhelming now that I'm used to doing one room a day pre-Dave. Anyone have any tips or tricks to simplify my new cleaning regimen?

But the woman on the right is FREE. She is stronger mentally. More confident. More energetic. Happier. 💃🏼
She has learned to love and respect her body while she works hard to make it healthier and stronger. She knows she is capable and her determination/consistency remains strong. 💪🏼
And did she do it alone? No. She found her strength from a tribe of positive, uplifting, supportive women who motivated and empowered her along the way. And she had her husband right beside her each and everyday! 👯♀️
I know the idea of change is HARD. I know as a mom we tend to put the needs of EVERYONE else FIRST. But honestly staying STUCK and trying to pour from an EMPTY CUP is hard too. 😢
Maybe change is what you need. Maybe last year, last month or last week wasn’t your time and today is.

This morning was definitely far from easy but it was a CHOICE of mine to get up early.
I put off my workout for as long as I could and in fact, my body is just feeling tired but it was a CHOICE of mine to still press play. ✌🏼
Throughout this journey I have learned... I have the choice to control the day as opposed to letting the day run me. I can choose to be positive even though it isn’t my best foot that’s starting off the day. I can choose to give myself grace and try my best to turn the day around.
So today my friend- you get to CHOOSE how you tackle the day too! You get to choose if you are going to lead with positivity and distance yourself from negativity. Today you get to choose if you are going to step out of that comfort zone and do something you KNOW you should Do. Today you get to choose to fuel your body with those well balanced, quality foods. Today you get to CHOOSE to move your body even if it’s only for 10 minutes and isn’t you’re ultimate best!
Your life is dependent upon your choices and if you choose right those choices can lead you to your goals and dreams. So start your day off right by:
1. Write down 3 things that you are thankful for. 🙏
2. Make a list of the top 3 things you need to get done today.
3. Take 10 minutes to release those stressors by filling your cup first- grab a book/a magazine, a cup of coffee, and find a quite spot in the house.
4. Smile from ear to ear and know everything will be alright! .
Make today a great day!! And just be GRATEFUL 🙏 that your FEET hit the floor this morning and you have the OPPORTUNITY to make an impact today!! 😍
