tbh i’m not going to pretend like this week was the most productive, because it wasn’t. Sure I got stuff done and went about my days, but I was stressed, overwhelmed,and somewhat crippled by my own version of newton’s third law, my own internal push back.

if you know me personally, you know i’m always planning & figuring out what’s next, how can I do better in my work, in my fitness, in my overall life but something i do struggle with a lot—and i mean like way, way too much—is just being okay with the moments i’m in right now. ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
soo my thoughts for today, it’s okay to not always feel 100%, it’s okay to not always feel certain about your direction, and it’s okay to give yourself a break from time to time—we all need it! Appreciate the moments of discomfort and the times you don’t feel you’re at your 100% because those are the things that make you stronger and wanting more out of your experiences! ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀ ⠀
