Как-то выкладывала в истории «живую кашу», она же смузибоул по-модному) Это отличный вариант завтрака за 3 мин. А главное суперполезный💪🏼 Как готовить? 40 гр овсяных хлопьев для варки заливаем водой комнатной температуры на ночь, так мы освобождаем зерно от фитиновой кислоты, которая блокирует усвоение кальция, магния, цинка и железа. Мешает полному усвоению макронутриентов, нарушая выработку пищеварительных ферментов. Кстати все крупы и бобовые нужно предварительно замачивать именно поэтому☝️. 2 ст ложки семян чиа также заливаем водой и оставляем до утра. Можно заменить на молотые семена льна. Утром промываем хлопья, смешиваем с чиа, добавляем молоко, лучше растительное, у меня кокосовое, пол банана, любые ягоды, здесь чёрная смородина, мёд или подсластитель и взбиваем в блендере. Украшаем кусочками фруктов, ягодами, молотыми семенами льна, наслаждаемся вкусным и полезным завтраком👌 #живаякаша #смузибоул

Pudinng de Chía con Té Matcha.  Antioxidante y anti-inflamatorio, rico en fibra y omega 3. Sin azúcares, muy fácil de hacer. Propiedades de Té Matcha Potente antioxidante:  El té verde Matcha es muy rico en flavonoides , lo que significa que se convierte en una bebida tremendamente antioxidante, sobre todo por la presencia de las conocidas como  catequinas del té. Estas catequinas cuentan con una grandísima capacidad para neutralizar la acción negativa de los radicales libres. Elaboración. 300 ml bebida vegetal al gusto, en mi caso añadí bebida de soja sin azúcar 2 c.postre de té Matcha. 3c.soperas colmadas de semillas de chía. Media cucharadita de stevia. Fruta al gusto: kiwi, mango... Topping opcional: almendra cruda y coco rallado. Elaboración Mezclar y batir la bebida vegetal con el té matcha que quede bien homogéneo. Añadir las semillas y mezclar bien. Dejar reposar durante 2 horas, (el tiempo que las semillas empiecen a hincharse y desprendan su mucílago) Yo las dejé toda la noche. A la mañana coloqué la fruta y la almendra con el coco rayado por encima y a disfrutar de un desayuno diferente y delicioso 😊

Or preferably at least couple hours. Blueberry compote 100g frozen blueberries Squeeze of lemon juice Stevia if needed Vanilla yogurt 150g fat free natural yogurt lime @fage_uk (or plant based yogurt if vegan) 25g @BPI_sports_uk_ltd_official vanilla whey Mix in the together. Добрым утром понедельника презентую простое йогуртовое чиа-парфе🍦🖤🍇 Главное и самое сложное в этом рецепте – чтобы семена были в доступе :) Очень люблю текстуру пудинга из чиа, молочную продукцию #дапростятменяеёнеупотребляющие из козьего молока 🐐 (кстати, усваивается она куда лучше традиционной коровьей и обладает тысячей и одной полезных свойств – присмотритесь) и не желаю отказываться от традиционного воскресного ягодного удара (в виде смузи боула) и…вот результат. Ингредиенты (на 1 порцию): 🖤Семена чиа ~2 ст.л. О том, сколько составляет 1 порция – мнения разнятся, так как существует точка зрения о плохой усвояемости семян в наших широтах или их токсичности в дозах, превышающих минимальную. Но предлагаю оставить эти крайности: если продукт доступен и принято решение его употреблять, не будет крамольным съесть ту порцию, из которой получается насыщенный текстурный десерт, напоминающий необычное мороженое 😋 🍦Иогурт (по велению моего организма это был козий, но может быть любой другой/растительный; а самый вкусный, как всегда – кокосовый). Главное, чтобы текстурность была «йогуртовой», а не жидкой – иначе теряется вся прелесть и суть. 🍒🍌Ягодно-банановый «мусс» – по сути смузи боул, приготовленный заранее. Рецепт можно найти в профиле ниже ↘️ Приготовление: 1️⃣ Взбить в блендере выбранные вами замороженные/свежие ягоды и фрукты и замороженный банан. 2️⃣ Насыпать в ёмкость семена чиа, залить йогуртом. Тщательно перемешать. 3️⃣ Залить ягодно-фруктовым муссом. 4️⃣ Оставить на ночь в холодильнике, дав чиа хорошо разбухнуть. 5️⃣ Украсить по желанию (фрукты, ягоды, сухофрукты и другие суперфуды: я использовала сушеную шелковицу и маракуйю) и подавать. 👐🏼

What are you having for breakfast tomorrow? You should consider a chia pudding as they're quick, easy, delicious and so versatile. They're also nutrient-dense, as chia is a good source of: - Omega 3 ➡ reduces inflammation, prevents heart disease - Fibre ➡ digestive health - Calcium ➡ bone/teeth structure, nerve health, immunity - Iron ➡ energy and hormone production - Magnesium ➡ glucose regulation - Selenium ➡ immunity, liver function, skin health To make a chia pudding: 1. Combine 1/4 of chia seeds with 1 cup of milk 2. Add some vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup or your preferred flavouring 3. Mix well and place in the fridge. Allow to sit for atleast 2 hours so the chia seeds absorb the milk. 4. Add fruit or yoghurt 5. Take to work/school, and enjoy! I love the sweet taste it gives and how much one can do with it. 👩❤🍠 Fun fact; it's not a root but a celandine. • • • MAKE A SMOOTHIE W SWEET POTATO (serves 1) 1 cup coconut milk 1 cup cauliflower 140 g steamed, frozen sweet potato 1,5 tbsp sunflower butter 1/2 frozen banana 1 tbsp cacao nibs 1 tbsp flaxseeds 2 spoons of pea protein powder Dusts of turmeric Dusts of cinnamon TOPPINGS: 1/2-1 tbsp chia seeds Splashes of coconut milk Shredded coconut Homemade granola Cacao nibs Spoonful of crunchy chocolate peanut butter STEP 1: Start of with making the chia pudding by stirring the seeds with some splashes of coconut milk. Set aside for at least 15 minutes. STEP 2: Mix all the ingredients for the smoothie in a blender until smooth and creamy. Pour into a bowl. STEP 3: Spoon the pudding on top the smoothie. Top with shredded coconut, granola, cacao nibs and chocolate peanut butter. We had a wonderful and extra delicious breakfast 💚🤩😍. . 💚💚💚 Chia pudding with raw bee pollen, oatmeal, strawberry jam sugar free, cranberries 💚💚💚 . Ingredients for chia pudding (serving 2 adults and one kid): ✔️ 150 g vegetable milk (I am using almond or rice milk; you can use also cow or goat milk) ✔️ 20 g raw bee pollen ✔️ 2 bananas ✔️ 40 g raw chia seeds ✔️10 drops of tangerine essential oil ✅ You mixed them all together . Take a jar and put: ✔️ a portion of pudding chia ✔️ add the oat meal, ✔️ add the strawberry jam (or other jam sugar free - I have another confession to make: my dad is doing a wonderful job for us preparing all the jams sugar free: he is just boiling the fruits. We can add honey once we are opening the jar) ✔️ add some fresh fruits on top . Instead of the jam you can have peanut butter sugar free!!! The taste is just incredible. . Enjoy!

Autumn is here together with its cold days, so I feel like having hot porridge for breakfast again 🍂😊 Hope you like the idea that I am bringing to you today 🌟 ••• #homecooking 📝Ingredients (all to taste): - Chia pudding (recipe a few posts back ;) with a handful of frozen blackberries blended with the milk first) - 1 banana, half mashed & half sliced - Bircher Muesli of your choice - Water (you can use any milk of your choice if you prefer) - Maple Syrup (optional) - Any fruit to decorate, I used frozen blueberries I had from summer Method: 1. Prepare the chia pudding the night before. 2. For a quick porridge, add some muesli to a pot, cover it with water and cook over medium heat stirring regularly until thick and creamy. If you see it’s too thick just ads some water 3. For the presentation: put the porridge at the bottom, then the mashed banana, the chia pudding and finally the sliced banana and fruit. You can sprinkle some muesli ;) 4. Optionally, drizzle some maple syrup on top of everything. 5. Mix and enjoy 😊 ☝🏻Tips: ✔️ Muesli should not have any sugars (honey, maple syrup or similar) added. ✔️ I used the bircher muesli from @deliciouslyella :)
