Playing with the camber bar really tells me something about my bench. I lose tightness off my chest into lock out or I just suck. Wird diese Übung richtig ausgeführt ist sie mit einer der effektivsten Übungen wenn es darum geht Kraft und Muskelmasse aufzubauen. 💪🏻PUSH SUPERSET💪🏻 I love super-setting my exercises when working on volume! Two or three exercises done one after the other really make me feel the muscles working and make my heart rate goes up, which I love. Here I combined chest presses with shoulder presses, both done with a dumbbell (though the same thing could be done using a barbell, using a moderate weight). • Some cues for the two exercises: - Chest press ➡️ plant your feet firmly on the ground and retract your scapulas. Only bring your elbows as far as forming a 90° angle. - Shoulder press ➡️ if done standing up, you have to make sure you are bracing your core in order to avoid hyperextension in the lower back. Also, try to have a complete range of motion and bring your arms upwards in line with your head (if not a little behind) • Let me know what you think if you have a go at it!
