Although I have been very absent on the social media account recently, I hope to have an increase of content in the near future (in three weeks exactly 😬). Studying for the LSAT is my largest priority at the moment. I’m scheduled to take in September 8th, so feel free to send some prayers my way!
Unfortunately, as a result the stress + time-consuming nature of studying for the LSAT, my physical health has been in decline causing a myriad of new obstacles for me. I am still trying to find a balance between prioritizing my physical health and the LSAT. It is a work in progress. I am looking forward to the LSAT being over and being able to focus on getting back the booty + bicep gains 😌🤘🏼

Estaba enseñando este ejercicio el otro día y decidí subirlo. Si eres atleta y haces esto significa que estás violando el 🔴principio de especificidad 🔴. Este principio lo que dice es que cada deporte tiene movimientos específicos y se debe entrenar de acuerdo a esos movimientos. El obviar entrenar de esta manera es lo que provoca lesiones o un bajo rendimiento por falta de entrenamiento específico.
Por otro lado, si eres una persona que quiere verse bien, puedes añadir este ejercicio de tríceps a tu rutina. .
