Today was chest day. The 0 degree temps aren’t gonna keep me out of the gym. I was able to get my heart rate a little higher today and actually able to run a little. Still working my way back but feeling a lot better than I have. A lot of supersets and high reps to give myself a great pump. Finished it off with 2 intense drop sets, 1 targeting the upper chest and 1 target the lower chest. Get a workout in if at all possible. 📍Le proteine in polvere fanno male? 🍔—————————🍔 Il popolo fitness è diviso in due macro-gruppi quelli che che credono nell’integratore magico, e in coloro che associano le proteine in polvere al più tossico dei veleni che si possa assumere, qual’è la verità? ✅Le proteine in polvere fanno male? La risposta è #NO ! Cercherò di essere più chiaro; Se considero un mio entroito proteico giornaliero che non superi le dosi indicate dalle linee guida, l’integrazione di proteine in polvere deve essere visto come un alimento comune che diamo al nostro corpo, infatti quest’ultimo assume amminoacidi (gli stessi presenti nella carne 🍖, nel pesce ecc.) quelli che chiamiamo i “mattoni delle proteine” e quindi della vita! (proteina deriva dal greco, Proteios, che significa al primo posto). C’è da chiarire una cosa, se già assumo la mia dose giornaliera di proteine, è inutile incrementare la quota, in quanto possono comunque condurci verso un eccesso calorico e quindi un aumento di peso, inoltre vengono accusate di creare problemi ai reni, al fegato; la letteratura scientifica parla chiaro, nelle persone sane non sono stati riscontrati tali problemi! Magari mi concedo qualche drink 🍷, fumo un pacchetto di sigarette al giorno 🚬 , mangio cibo spazzatura 🍔 e considerando il tutto come una cosa normale, al contrario paragono le proteine in polvere al “DOPING💆‍♂😰”! ⤵️ ⤵️ 🗣“POPOLO” le proteine in polvere non sono considerate doping, perché non aumentano le prestazioni di un atleta ne migliorano la performance; Il caffè ☕, la nostra “tazzulella e cafè” , paradossalmente, è considerato doping perché ha un effetto ergogenico, ovviamente in dosi elevate! И естествено, не на последно място - постигащ целите си! Няма начин на хранене, който да е най-добър за всички. Може да има десетки начини, които да са еднакво добри, както за здраве, така и за постигане на резултати. Може и да има и такива, които изобщо не са за определени хора.
