It's a 225mm gyuto of 52100 for general kitchen badassery. Has the micarta "integral" frame, redwood scales, and stainless pins. It's got more belly than a lot of my usual knives. This one is meant to be a good all-arounder. Push pull rock chop dice slice crush bludgeon mash smash wait what.
This one was definitely a challenge, even if I expected otherwise (for whatever reason).
