▪ INGREDIENTS: 50g Pork Neck, 100g Thinly Sliced Pork Belly, 2 Green Pepper, 2 Sheet Dried Seaweed Paper, 1 Microwavable Rice, 2 Tbsp Ssamjang, 1 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 1 Tsp Sesame Oil
Sides: Strips of Kimchi, Ssamjang-Mayo Sauce
Ssamgjang-Mayo Sauce: 2 Tbsp Red Pepper Paste, 2 Tbsp Soybean Paste, 1 Tbsp Mayonnaise, 1 Tsp Minced Garlic, 1 Tbsp Minced Onion, 1 Tbsp Minced Scallion, 1 Tbsp Minced Pepper, 1 Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 Tbsp Japanese Plum Extract, 1 Tsp Cooking Wine, Bit of Sesame Salt
1.Preheat the pan on mid head and cook 50g pork neck with 100g of thinly sliced pork belly.
2.Place the cooked meat on a dish.
3.Add 1 microwavable rice, 2 Tbsp ssamjang and 1 Tbsp red pepper paste in a pan and stir-fry. Add 1 tsp of sesame oil and stir-fry again.
4.Place dried seaweed paper on top of the cooking board and spread seasoned rice on top.
5.Add pork belly & pork neck with green pepper on top and roll it over
